decent atmosphere, eating was terrible and expensive. no taste in one of the 3 orders we have made (argentine garnel bowl, steak nachos, and chickens/steak tacos). all the meats were dry. never again.

after the literally longest day of my life. I finally sit down to eat my food I ordered at 7 and it's 10 now. I open my shrimp taco trio and that's what I get. 2 tacos without garnel and one with garnel. I'm so pissed. it's a sweat. View menu

I got the Mexican street corn bowl and it was sooooooo good! I got it with grilled chicken extra gauc and Chipotle sauce. 10 out of 10 would recommend! the food portion is also worth the money! lots of food in the bowl! and I got chips on the side for more of a crunch and wasnt disappointed. ahhhhmazing all around. definitely getting this again.

I always have enjoyed my visits at Rubio's, however this visit in Fresno River Park Center SUCKED from the start. Customer service STINKS some people should not work in the front. Food is OLD. Cold Overcooked chips with absolutely no salt. We ordered 2 bowls, in BOTH BOWLS there was expired old lettuce. Rice is not good, shrimp were cold. NOT WORTH $30. Ugh cannot believe this so disappointed, now I have to get ice cream after this shitty visit to make up for this experience.

I used to love Rubios but haven't been in years. First time in a long time and I was really disappointed. I got the original fish taco plate and the fish were either refried or the oil needs to be changed because it just tasted very bad. The beans were just as bad. They had no taste. I would have got the Mexican rice instead but when I asked what sides I could get she only said beans and chips. (The app let's you choose other options) Not sure if its just a bad day but it's definitely made me not want to come back. We ended up throwing out the rest of our tacos because they were inedible. Ordered 4 burritos, rice and beans on the side and chips and guacamole. 2 of the burritos were supposed to be shrimp but ended up being bean and cheese only. Guacamole not to be found. Rice and beans seemed as if they were cooked earlier in the day and microwaved when I placed my online order. Spent $40 for 1 1/2 burrito and a few spoonfuls of rice. Chips were stale I'm guessing a few days out of the bag. Called the restaurant to see if my shrimp burritos were able to be replaced, phone number had a busy tone. Tried calling multiple times now the restaurant is closed and I'm having to order food from valley children's cafeteria.

only left rubios, commanded to pick up and went with employees to pick up the order. just as we went into him, it was quite dead, no one was in the line and we went forward with three of their associates talking for a good 5 min without welcoming us so that we were in an unpleasant quiet. come to find out one of the hired people told us that she would be with us in a minute because she actually ordered her own food and didn't even know what she wanted, so we were still standing a minute in unpleasant silence. they finally asked us what we were there for, and still no greeting, and we told them we were here for a pick-up job. moral of the story is that you do not have a customer service label...

There aren't lots of places in Fresno that do beer-battered fish tacos and Rubio's rarely ever lets me down, so when the mood strikes me I'll put in a takeout order at the location in River Park. The Rubio's online ordering system is really easy/intuitive and the food is usually ready super quick, so be ready to head over once you place the order! I never have a problem with the fish tacos; the portions are always pretty big (two fill me up), plus with the side of beans, chips salsa, it makes for a pretty filling $10 meal.
