"The food, drinks, and service were exceptional! I celebrated my birthday at Safta with friends, and I can’t express enough how incredible the experience was. Our server, Rebecca, provided excellent recommendations, showcasing her deep knowledge of the menu and attentiveness to our dietary needs. The service was truly the best I've ever encountered! Everything we ordered was delicious, including the drinks. They bake fresh pita bread in-house, and it was simply amazing. We tried several types of hummus, and the texture was perfect—smooth and creamy! Rebecca highly recommended the chicken, and it certainly lived up to the hype! We indulged in four different desserts, and each one was better than the last. I would absolutely go back again. I can’t emphasize enough how fantastic the food, drinks, and service were!"

Safta is the best restaurant I've had in Denver. I can't explain how happy I was to find something on this level. All the dishes and service were on point. If I lived around the area I'd be here every night.

Exceptionally fresh flavorful food. Take some time and understand what the dishes are, you will not be disappointed! Nice selection of brunch coffee and cocktails. Bonus: extremely clean and artistically decorated. Def coming back!

Incredible! Every dish here is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place! As an Israeli, I appreciate how authentically everything is prepared, following traditional Israeli recipes. I truly enjoyed my experience! The hummus is a must-try, and the kebab and falafel are even better than what you'd find in Israel! View menu

Elevated Middle Eastern restaurant with great ambiance. We had a large party so we had a table in the back with a lazy Susan so we could pass around all of our family style options. As a vegetarian I had to pass on most things but the mushroom hummus and crispy eggplant were delicious. Be sure to make it to the top floor to check out the view of the mountains and cityscape!

This place is phenomenal for brunch and I recommend it to everyone in Denver. They used to do a brunch buffet that was a bit pricey, but worth every penny. I hope they bring it back. Just went back recently, and even though it wasn't all you can eat, we got plenty of food and it was all incredible. The flavor profiles here are so unique, it truly is a different brunch experience. I will be back often.

Dined in at Safta on a weekday night and the overall experience was amazing! It was interesting to try Israeli food which is similar to Mediterranean cuisine yet has its own flavor and uniqueness) We ordered pita the BEST I have had so far fluffy and fresh out of the oven), Lutenitsa eggplant and tomato dip). Hummus Lamb Ragu was exceptionally flavorful my fav). Persian rice was so rich and tasteful. I did not quite find the potatoes appetizing since they were super dry and I expected juicy flavorful ones. Recommend you to try it once definitely! View menu

Incredible. Everything was delicious. Beautiful restaurant and plate setting. Everybody on staff was really nice. Hummus with lamb is great. Baba ganoush was smokey and divine. The freshly made pitas are some of the best you could get in the US. Falafel is super crunchy on the outside and green on the inside, just like how it's supposed to be. It has some extra flavor and aroma from a herb I don't usually see in falafel but it was a pleasant surprise. The texture of the burekas is a bit unusual if you are used to burekas in Israel, so that one is just ok.

I had an absolutely amazing experience from the moment I arrived. We started with baba ganoush, which was fresh and creamy, accompanied by warm pita that tasted just out of the oven. The Tunisian tomato hummus was exceptional, served with crisp, fresh veggies for dipping, including fennel and radishes. The starters and salads were so delightful that we could have stopped there, but thankfully we didn’t. My wife and I shared the hanger steak for our main course, and it was incredible—so tender that it practically melted in my mouth. We had never tried Israeli cuisine before, but we will definitely be returning for more. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Everyone we encountered was friendl...

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"

"In a relatively unassuming location north of City Park lies a cute conglomerate of businesses, one of which being Rivers Roads. On nice days, it 's exceptionally setup for indoor/outdoor space. But even on cold days, it 's nice to cozy up with a cup of coffee and soak in the sun flooding the space through the south-facing glass garage doors. The coffee is great! I got my usual cortado, which was served in a small paper cup and featured no latte art , which was unfortunate. But that 's where the disappointment ended, as the flavors were excellent and it was well-balanced between milk and espresso. The space itself is quite spacious even inside, with plenty of plants and unique lighting fixtures. There 's ample cafe-style seating. It 's a great place to stay and work awhile or meet friends for conversations. Music isn 't overpowering, and WiFi is half decent. Not exceptional speeds but 25 up/down is adequate for many basic things. Plenty for me to finish the series finale of See in 4K while sipping my cortado! The staff are always pleasant and I would say more attentive than average, making you feel welcomed immediately. It 's not exactly in my neighborhood, but it 's still a regular spot for me. Seasonal drinks are good and most syrups are made in-house. Food is great. Outdoor patio is spacious and dog-friendly. There 's simply not many downsides, if any. Aside from there not being an actual river."
