"Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. My sister-in-law chose it because she doesn't eat meat and they have a lot of seafood options. It was a good choice because there was something for everyone and it was delicous. I had a steak salad which I would go for again when I want a salad, my wife had a flat bread she really enjoyed and my in-law had fried mushrooms along with sea scallops that looked great. I had a mango jalapeno crush drink that toed the line of being too spicy, which I was looking for. It was a good experience and I would consider Seasons 52 again if I was in the area without a reservation to one of my regulars."

I just walked over to get some dinner, and the sign on the door says they are permanently closed. What a surprise!

Waitress dropped a whole tray of beer on one of our party. She or the manager didn't do anything to remedy the situation or make up for her mistake.

Our waiter was incredible offering wine tastings before choosing and excellent guidance through the menu. Our entrées were delicious and fresh. Thoroughly enjoyed!!! View menu

The food was outstanding. I tried the salmon and trout, and they exceeded my expectations. Our waiter, Xio, was incredibly pleasant; she offered us a small wine tasting to help us choose our wine by the glass. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I came here for Thanksgiving dinner since I was away from home. They were extremely packed, but the service was excellent and the turkey dinner was outstanding. I had a great time and would definitely come back here again. Thank you to the great staff and bartender Tony. Cheers

I visited this restaurant for lunch and started with the stuffed mushrooms, which came in a creamy sauce. There were six of them, enough to share between two people. I also ordered the sea scallops, seven in total, which was as much as a full dinner portion, along with the flat iron steak. Everything was delicious and the service was outstanding. The total bill for lunch came to $62.77, so it is on the pricier side. View menu

I sampled the lamb skewers, mushroom, two kinds of flatbread and the chicken skewers. The steak flatbread was my favorite dish of the evening. Truly worth returning to Seasons 52 for. The atmosphere was lively and relaxed with a lovely lounge, live music, excellent chardonnay, and yummy upscale appetizers. I was even lucky enough to get a chance to chat with the manager and he gave us a great little background on the restaurant and it's roots. I definitely dig the piano bar Seasons 52 would be a great after work spot to meet some friends for a happy hour.

This is a good option just off of Michigan Ave. The prices are decent, the menu is seasonal and transparent, calories and allergies are identified, and there is a copious wine list. The gluten free flat breads were a treat as pizza-like dishes are hard to come by when you are eating without wheat. The salmon was good but the seasonal veggies left something to be desired. They were a bit limp and seemed over cooked. The desert tray is hard to resist. It is a $3 shot glass of some spectacular flavor combinations. I had a good experience with friendly service and a menu that had something for everyone.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
