"I found this establishment to be on the verge of reaching a 5 star review. If my experience had been limited to my selection from the menu and the overall atmosphere, this would certainly be worthy of those 5 stars. Terrible food. Don’t bother. Come to the bar to have drinks, skip any of the food. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting. For $12 a drink the bathrooms should be decent

We were there January 30 2022. Very nice atmosphere.. roof top but it has glass ceiling. Food was delicious. Server was very nice. He was from Turkey. His hospitality definitely showed. Food was very good. We enjoyed our time there.

Honestly this place is very very overrated. The appetisers arrived in 5mins, meaning it was pre-prepared (probably microwaved) — you could taste that the arancini balls weren’t fresh, the meat was tiny (like a kids size) and the service was really bad. You eat better downstairs in the store. Very disappointed View menu

Gorgeous cafe at the top of the Eataly building. Good food and drinks. Great service. We had a shared lunch of arancini, grilled meat skewers, a salad, and a couple glasses of wine. Big crowd at the well-stocked bar were having a great time. Would definitely recommend SERRA for a romantic meal. Reservations accepted.

Absolutely beautiful during the Christmas season. The ambiance was really worth the high prices! The food was absolutely delicious as well. I highly enjoyed the butternut squash ravioli and everyone else loved their entrees. I wouldn’t pay for the arancini again; it’s a tiny amount for a high price. Our server was attentive even though he was busy.

Service was a bit slow but food was great. I liked their sautéed potatoes and dessert. Personally recommend their sponge cake or panna cotta for dessert. Also location is a bit weird. Make sure you go to the back of the Eataly place (there should be a sign directing you towards there), check in with the staff, and go up to the 14th floor on the elevator. View menu

Terrible service and very underwhelming food. This is not an Italian restaurant, this is a tourist trap. The tagliata with potatoes had more potatoes than meet on the plate, the arancini were the worse I had in life and the food was really average. Service was way below NYC standards too, honestly not professional at all. Would not go back, would not recommend — overpriced and fast food quality.

If you don’t like heavily seasoned foods, this is your place. I’m a white European, so stereotypically would fit this restaurant, and even to me everything was bland. The food is fine, but definitely not great and far from mind-blowing. This is a place for great atmosphere (for that you get 5 stars! but if you’re a foodie like me, just know to expect average food, I think this should be a fair warning. Ambiance: amazing. Food: for the money we paid, I’d save myself the trip and go elsewhere.
