"We thought we would be escaping the cafeteria like feeling of the downstairs Eataly— nope!! Extremely deafeningly loud. Then The staff started rearranging tables clanging and dragging and clunking directly next to occupied tables. It was really awful. Would never ever recommend. The food is touristy Italian. Don't get sucked in. There are many many better places around. Grab a gelato or a quick treat but don't waste money — this restaurant is super over hyped and unpleasant place to bring Anyone. Food was ok. Waiter was pleasant but offered NO help was seemed very rushed."

The server we had was extremely rude and rolled his eyes at us several times. It was very off putting. On top of this, he ignored us when we tried to get his attention. It made the experience really bad. View menu

The service at the bar was good but at the restaurant we had problem because they charge us wrong the debit card, after checking with another waitress he said will fix it write down No tip , and finally when check the bank statement we found a 20% tip added on the bill

Great place for reasonably priced Italian food in midtown area. Sort of an inside/outside setting to enjoy both daylight and nightfall if you get there at sunset Definitely worth the visit. Noise level much better early in the night. When I have been later it has been too loud

This place is one we always visit when we are in NYC! , Love how the menu changes with the seasons, food and service has always been great. Staff is always nice and friendly and are knowledgeable of the menu to better help you with your choices (for food or drink). Will be back!

We had some.of the most amazing service by our waiter Can, attentive but not intrusive, knowledgeable and charismatic I'll be asking for him every time I go. The restaurant is wonderfully themed and looks immaculate and the food is fantastic, especially the pastas!! Always love coming here when in NYC.
