"It took an hour for us to get water. We waited an hour and 40 minutes trying to be polite because they were short staffed. We finally asked to find out our order was never put in by the stoned waitress who took it. I feel sorry for the manager but it's better to turn people away because you are short staffed than treat us like that!"

Don't get me wrong I love Shari's but yesterday we went to this place and we waited about 20 min to be seated, after that they just gave us a couple of menus and we went to get our booth ourselves, did I mention they didn't have to many customers it was not a busy morning

for someone who’s never been here the first impression makes u not come back there was a tall middle age yt lady who basically dodged my question abt having some pie left bc i knew probably wouldn’t b anymore atm. she had a tone, said they did but “they’re too busy atm”. not too much but sure ma’am.
