"We placed our food order online using the restaurant's app. Upon arriving at the store, we parked in the designated curbside spot and didn't have to wait long for our food. However, when a worker brought our order out, we realized that half of it was missing. After informing the worker, we had to explain multiple times that we were missing both drinks and one meal. The worker initially claimed they were still preparing our order, despite having just delivered it. Eventually, we received our drinks and had to inquire about the missing meal. It took a total of 25 minutes for us to receive our complete order. Unfortunately, when we finally sat down to eat, we discovered that our sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle was missing the egg. It seems like there should be better quality control in place to prevent such mistakes. Additionally, we observed several other families inside the restaurant also waiting for missing items on their orders, some of whom had been waiting for over 40 minutes."
