This restaurant will gladly take your money for an order and then not deliver anything to you. They will also refuse to answer the phone when you try to call about your order.

Will not deliver to Linwood KS, just 15 minutes away from the location. They state “it’s to far from their location” but will deliver to other Linwood addresses just minutes up the road.

Ordered at 5 for a pick up at 6. Got there at 6 and picked up two boxes which th he boxes were hot. Drove home about 5 minutes away and opened the boxes and found them to be a cold pizza and cold bread sticks. Pizza was not as good as Casey’s. Going back to Casey’s without a thought. View menu

Used to love this place until it recently changed ownership. The quality of the pizza has change and also seems like they are eliminating a lot of items that were small but enjoyable (no cucumbers in salads, no cream cheese on desert pizza) also eliminating sizes? No more small breadsticks. Looks like I'll be on the hunt for a new pizza place for my family to frequent.

Before it was bought out we loved simple Simon's Pizza and came often. Amazing pizza, happy and well cared for employees, order always correct and most importantly fair and decent prices. More expensive than domino's but nothing super insane. We just got pizza here 2 nights ago and I was shocked by how bad things are.
