"It feels like a bit of a scam. The portions are huge, but the taste is awful. Each time I’ve tried it, I’ve left disappointed. There’s an overwhelming amount of noodles and hardly any meat. The shrimp is tiny and flavorless, and the dish has a muddy, greasy texture. I added my own hoisin and browning sauce before taking a photo to make it more palatable. They also offer "no luck" cookies with your order upon request, which is just a gimmick. If you pay extra for meat, you really just get a small amount more."

The food is trash. Idk why they have “chicken” as a menu item when the meat served isn’t actually chicken. I’m not sure what animal they use but it’s not chicken and it’s not tasty.

Let me tell you, if you order from this place enough they will know your name and start calling you by it. All around great food. Just wish it was a little bit larger variety that's all View menu

Absolute worst customer service and food is nasty as hell!!! I had food delivered, the order wasn't right. i explained what i wanted. The lady who answered was very rude and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. Save your money!

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. My food tasted metallic, and I ended up throwing up because I couldn't eat it. Everything we ordered was simply terrible. The chicken tasted stale, and none of the dishes looked appealing.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! It was my first time ordering from them, and I got the fried rice along with sweet and sour chicken. Everything was fresh, hot, and well-seasoned. The portion sizes were generous for the price, and I also ordered two spring rolls, which were enough to feed three people. I will definitely be returning!

My family is addicted to their beef lo mein. It's so so good and even better the next day. Prices are very reasonable. We don't use uber or any other delivery service, and Skillman Woks delivery is much faster than they're suggested timeframe. This is the 4th time we've ordered from them and the good was so hot still that I had to blow on my noodles to cool them off enough to eat. We also got the chicken on a stick, egg rolls, and a side of fried rice. Portions are generous!

"I visited today Botolino Gelateria Artigianale in Dallas, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! Since they opened their first shop in 2015, I’ve heard so many great things about this gelateria, but nothing prepared me for the delightful treat that awaited me. After trying their gelato, I was so impressed that I even did my own research to understand the magic behind the flavors I was tasting. The moment I walked in, I could see why Botolino has become a favorite among locals. The gelato is crafted using traditional Italian methods, which gives it a creamy, rich texture that is simply divine. It’s no wonder they’ve won awards like “Best Gelato in Dallas” and have been recognized in various culinary competitions for their innovative flavors. The variety at Botolino is impressive. I tried the rich Pistachio, mascarpone with figs and the decadent Stracciatella. Each flavor was bursting with authentic taste, and I could truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients used. It was like taking a little trip to Italy with every bite! What really stood out to me was the friendly staff, who were eager to share their passion for gelato. They offered me samples and helped guide my choices, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, my visit to Botolino Gelateria Artigianale was nothing short of amazing. If you’re in Dallas and looking for high-quality gelato, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed—I know I’ll be back for more soon!"
