the oysters were so good that I ate them with cocktail sauce and the espresso martinis kept us warm against the wind still.

a new favorite place on the kai for nantucket oyster and cocktails. friendly staff, good eating and fun place to watch a game.

The clam chowder was extremely good. Not traditional in the base but oh so delicious. The blackened halibut was good, as was the smoked bluefish. View menu

we stopped on Saturday by stroll shortly before the arrival of the Christmas man on slip 14. it had a fun party vibe and the personal wore all costumes....3 wise men and sorted others. we were welcomed right away. the drinks were great and the garnels were excellent, very fresh and perfectly cooked. we will definitely return.

I called 4 weeks in advance in person to make a reservation. They said the reservation required a deposit. OK. The day before the reservation they texted me to confirm we were coming. I confirmed; they acknowledged my confirmation. 30 minutes prior to our reservation they texted me to remind me to be there. When we arrived the restaurant was closed.

We loved this place and spent a lot of time here on a trip to Nantucket. We liked that it felt off the beaten path like a secret bar behind the shops and right on the water. The staff were very down to earth and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to grab an afternoon drink and apps! We bought hats here too! View menu

I am giving this restaurant five stars despite a rather uninspired ceviche start. The entrees were so good that I can't give it fewer than five stars. The lobster tacos were absolutely perfect succulent lobster with delicious add-ons to make it a great dish. We also tried the veggie gnocchi with crab added to it. Delicious filling, satisfying. I would go back to Nantucket just for those dishes

Reservation required with a credit card. Received request to confirm reservation, received day of reminder, received 30 minute prior reminder. Went to restaurant and it was closed on Wed. Current website shows they are currently open and serving lunch and dinner on Wed. They are closed.Very inconvenient and irritating to follow all of their rules to dine there and find it dark and closed. Avoid as there are many other reputable places. We were warned by the Inn we are staying at to avoid this restaurant.

we have booked an dinner in this supposedly waterfront restaurant. when we arrived, the hostess directed us to a table in the back of the restaurant. we asked if we could sit on one of two available tables in a more beautiful area of the restaurant. she refused and said they were taken. we sat on the back of the restaurant, just to notice that the other tables were empty during our meal. we found the atmosphere very casual and loud. our meals were average and nevertheless expensive. that said the server has made a beautiful job. Overall, we felt that we were not well treated and the meal was average. hard pressed to ever return. View menu
