Smoke Shack BBQ - Menu

I would rate this a 3, but it feels more like a 3.75. I'm glad they offer a three-meat combo option. I tried the brisket, ribs, and smoked chicken.

Excellent food service. My whole belly clams where perfectly cooked. My baby back ribs so tender the sweet potatoes fries very good. I loved the variety of bbq sauces. Ice cream so delicious. shop Extremely clean, safe parking, close to highway access. Friendly service.

The main challenge here is deciding what to order, as the menu is extensive. Everyone enjoyed their choices. The variety of sauces is impressive, too. Plus, there’s an ice cream stand outside for anyone with a little extra room for dessert. This place is a fantastic discovery! View menu

I just finished my meal and I couldn’t wait to share how delicious everything was! My family and I were sharing dishes, and now we're all in a food coma! The burger was freshly grilled, the Cajun fries were crispy and hot, and the hotdog with coleslaw has me looking forward to Memorial Day. The brisket paired with mac and cheese was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend even had to guard his plate! This place is a must-try and we’ll definitely be coming back weekly. The staff was incredibly friendly too!

I really want to like this place because I love BBQ and it is so close to my home. I will definitely give them another try but my first experience wasn?t great. I ordered the two meat plate and while the brisket was good (it?s very dry but I like to addmy own sauce so no complaints about it) the pulled chicken was not good. Almost every single bite had a bone in it or some weirdgristle bits. I was literally pulling bones out of my mouth. Also my sides were not great. The chicken tender plate was alsoexpensive for chicken you could basically get at any other generic restaurant for much cheaper. All in all, it was okay.

I think they own their own pigs as there is a stinking building, a quarter mile downwind, and you can see the smoker outside the smoke Shake from the street. A large ice cone is gigantic and needs a cup to carry the upper half at home. There is a weakness that the food tastes. The complete shelf fell from the bone, but did not seem to be cooked with a strong taste. The sauce was a bit casual, but works well on the Cajun Pommes. My husband and I were in the area so decided to give them an attempt. We ordered three different meats together with two sides and additional ribs. The BBQ is served on the page that is beautiful if you do not want sauce or prefer your own. Our meal came with a piece of corn bread. All meats were incredibly dried out, which was incredibly disappointing. We have the Briske, the pig and the ribs. The Smoke Shack BBQ offers a nice ambiance and has incredibly friendly and polite staff, but I found it to be a bit pricey for the quality of the food. I ordered two meats and two sides. The brisket was overly dry and lacked flavor apart from the smoke. The ribs were tender and fell off the bone, but again, they didn't have much flavor aside from the smoke. When I visit a BBQ joint, I expect flavorful, well-seasoned meat rather than bland pieces that require sauce to be enjoyable.
