I found the customer service to be lacking during my visit. While I don’t want to be too harsh, a more positive attitude would greatly enhance the experience. It would be wonderful if they could show a bit more courtesy and improve their overall management.

The guy working here was more interested in his cell phone than helping. And then the staff prioritized the drive through over in store purchases.We were the only 3 people in store and our order for 3 bowls took 15+ mins.Need to get a manager in here ASAP to get some team training.People who came in after us 10 mins got their order before we did.
