"Ordered a ice latte breve. When I looked at my receipt I seen an ice coffee. I told the guy at the window I ordered an ice latte not a coffee. He said ok I’ll tell her. Then the girl that took my order comes back with a hot latte. I explained I wanted an ice latte and said that the one she has was fine I just needed a cup of ice and a straw. This is when an older woman comes to the window with an attitude. She just open the window and said u ordered an ice coffee. I said no I ordered an ice lat … – show"

Looks great, real fruit in the smoothie bowl, only problem is the smoothie base tastes like syrupy ice chunks. It says 100% real fruit but I’ve never had any fruit in my life that tasted fake sugary like this. Wouldn’t recommend. View menu

Ordered Caesar Wrap add Avocados which were an extra $2. The avocados were so hard I couldn’t bite into them. Knowing that it was even too hard for them to cut they still served them to me. They could have just warned me they were not soft enough.

This place has decent food but the employees have some of the nastiest attitudes. For a place that barley gets costumers, they treat the ones that are consistently there like trash. It does not take a nasty attitude to get a point across. It is very unprofessional to talk to a customer in such a nasty way.

"Once you enter, you'll find a cozy dining room and steam table area where you’ll likely see Ms. Glenda with one or two helpers. She typically offers three to four meats and a similar number of vegetables, all served on one plate. For drinks, you can choose from tea, lemonade, or possibly some canned soft drinks. Grab a seat at one of the tables and prepare to savor your meal. This is the kind of meal you’ll remember for its ability to evoke a smile with every bite. I recently had the chance to visit again after about three years, as I don’t pass through this area as often anymore. I got the last stuffed turkey wing, and to make up for the missing wing, they added a smothered pork chop. I picked corn and smothered potatoes for my sides, and with a refreshing homemade lemonade and tax, my total came to $14. Just like on previous visits, I felt a wave of happiness and satisfaction while enjoying my food. The meats were incredibly tender and flavorful, and the vegetables were delightful as well. The smothered potatoes carried a surprising kick that was unexpected but enjoyable. Both the wing and chop were served over a bed of white rice and drenched in savory gravy. South Louisiana is known for its rice, and true Cajun chefs like Ms. Glenda understand the significance of great rice and gravy. Honestly, I could happily eat just her rice and gravy. That meal was truly fantastic! This is the epitome of comfort food. Although it's a hole-in-the-wall type of place, the food is undoubtedly the main attraction. They also have a drive-thru window, as many locals prefer to pick up their meals and enjoy them at home. Those fortunate enough to be “in the know,” like myself and now you, also make the trip here. Be aware of their hours; they’re only open for lunch, and the dining room closes at 1 PM while the drive-thru stays open until 2 PM. You can call their number for the day's menu information. I've been visiting for over 10 years, and don’t be misled by the few Yelp reviews, as I doubt there are many Yelpers in Breaux Bridge, LA. Trust the current 4.5-star average though. Dining at places like this is like stepping back in time to a world that’s fading away. So take a break from the interstate, drive for six minutes, slow down, relax, and enjoy a delicious lunch."
