"What he said next shocked me. He told me to just "hide it from him" and suggested I cover the screen with my hand. I was taken aback and, to my disbelief, I thought I heard him curse at me in Cantonese after I addressed him in Mandarin. I truly cannot express how rude and unsettling this experience was; I've never encountered such poor service in my life. If incidents like this continue, I would seriously recommend that you consider closing this establishment. I assure you that I am not fabricating anything about what happened today. You need to address these issues if you want to avoid losing regular customers in the future."

Yunnan cuisine is spicy but less greasy and more veggies than Szechuan cuisine. Very friendly staff. Authentic feel and taste

I discovered small pieces of meat in my vegetarian fried rice noodles, which was a very unpleasant experience. Food rating: 1/5.

Excited to have this place in Brighton center, looking forward to coming back. Very hearty noodle soups with flavorful meat (can vouch for the braised beef and braised pork noodle bowls)

A total gem in Brighton as I had not had Yunnan cuisine before. This is definitely worth a visit and it is especially cool that it is woman and immigrant owned. Had the Crossing the Bridge and the Jalapeño noodle both excellent, and great heat! View menu

Words can't fully capture how amazing the noodles are here; the texture is just perfect. The noodle soups provide the ultimate comfort food experience, and even when ordering take-out or delivery, the packaging is excellent and the flavors remain as delightful as dining in.

The noodles here are so delicious, everything is fresh and also fast. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a cozy , very clean space. Parking behind the building in a municipal lot. Everything we got was outstanding. Can't wait to go back, I'm dreaming of those noodles. View menu

I went with my family and ordered the vegetarian rice noodle soup along with some vegetable rolls as an appetizer, and both dishes were delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a fantastic time, and I highly recommend this place. I will definitely return in the future!

Absolutely fantastic food! I've only gotten takeout, but everything is packaged exceptionally well and tastes incredible, even when I enjoy it at home. I've sampled the hot and sour noodles, jalapeño jar jar rice noodles, stir-fried noodles, stewed beef noodles, and the braised pork rice noodle soup. The noodles have the perfect chewy texture, and the flavors are extraordinary and truly distinctive, especially in Boston's Chinese cuisine landscape.

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
