Le duo d’entrée était exquis avec une cassolette de joue de raie au safran d’une rare finesse ainsi qu’un carpaccio de saint Jacques aux framboises et chantilly de soja. Le plat était également très bon, maîtrise totale de la cuissons des saint Jacques. A noté le service également très agréable et professionnel."
