"They have the worst customer service at this location. It is a disservice to the Starbucks brand the way management has ill equipped the staff on how to greet and serve their customers. I just stood at the counter for close to two minutes and no one greeted me or stated that they’d be with me shortly. I am a very patient, reasonable and considerate person and could understand if it was a busy time for them. It was 5 am and I was the only dine in customer. There was one barista at the drive thru and one making a drink. Neither one acknowledged me or as much as looked my way. Needless to say because they literally didn’t see me as a customer, I turned and walked out. Throughout the years I have occasionally patronized this location and today I am reminded of why my visits are so infrequent. Unfortunately, this is about my third experience having walked out of this establishment for the lack of acknowledgement and service. I will never return. I strenuously do not recommend visiting this location. It appears they are more focused on their craft than their customers."

The cocktails at this restaurant always taste delicious, and I really enjoy the seasoning on the fries!

The parking area and drive-thru setup are not ideal, but the staff is pretty good. I have no personal complaints.

I ordered the appetizer at 4:30 in the morning. When I arrived, the place was closed! It says 24 hours on the website. Why did the app let me order when the location was closed? I hope to get a refund and that they address my complaint.

I recently visited the best Starbucks on the south side and it did not disappoint. I ordered a Plum Danish and Crème Brûlée latte through the drive-thru and was very impressed with the quality. Vanessa, the barista, was friendly and charming as she prepared our items. Overall, I would rate the experience a perfect 10/10. View menu

This 24 hr Starbucks should be 8-1pm business...terrible... I ordered Chai latte no foam with cinnamon etc... I think they just do what they want... lol yeah need to be 3 hr business... i went again...ordered iced green tea no sugar... no water... my green tea looked it watered down... looked like cinnamon and water. Wouldn't go back.

First time here customer service the worst. I went through Drive thru and the girl at the window had a bad attitude. I asked for grande Caramel latte with a pump of raspberry and they didn't add the raspberry. So I tell the girl at the window and she's telling me with an attitude they don't have raspberry since she started working there. So unprofessional . The latte tasted nothing but milk . I couldn't taste the caramel at all. I told the girl at the window she told me to go back around the line . I said are u kidding me I been waiting in line for ever I'm not waiting again when u suppose to make my drink the way I like it. I was so annoyed I just left . Never coming back to this location.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
