"store manager and staff are very friendly and know my order when I come in! I had no problems with this site as they were reopened after the COVID restrictions were raised. the food has always been delicious, and I love the new menu kioske and even serve drinking station much better than waiting for a busy waitress come my order. I would recommend this location! my only small weight is that they have not returned the garlic parmesan frits."

We had our first experience at Steak Shake since before the pandemic. The kiosks were new—are all restaurants using them now? The food was good, and my son enjoyed it too; he even got a sweet milkshake to go. View menu

I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get our fries, and by the time they arrived, they were ice cold! The burger wasn’t even warm and tasted awful. What happened? The shakes were decent, but that’s the only positive aspect. I won’t be returning!

The food was amazing as always, and the prices were great. However, the staff could be a bit friendlier, and they really need to upgrade the drive-thru speakers. It's difficult for them to hear my order and for me to hear them, which is quite frustrating.

The new layout inside is a significant upgrade, designed to be Covid-friendly. The staff and service have improved remarkably, with prompt delivery and a clean dining area. Overall, it's a refreshing change. I'm definitely planning to return... for a shake! View menu

I dropped by for a casual burger and shake before catching a movie. As usual, the food was excellent, and the shakes were definitely the highlight! I did notice that the service was a bit slower than usual, but honestly, being able to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere made those extra minutes worth it.

That experience was disappointing. Ordering from a kiosk and waiting for my meal to be prepared was tedious. Having to carry my own tablet to the table was inconvenient, and the food did not meet expected standards. Additionally, I had to clean my own table. I don't appreciate having to play the role of my own waiter.
