Excellent brewery with outstanding service (Drake, Nick and Nicole). Very unique beers with many different styles. It’s a must stop when I’m in the area!

Stopped by Saturday on a motorcycle ride. Absolutely love the beer selection here! This was our second visit to Stubborn Brothers and definitely will not be our last. Make sure you try the Drop Top or Cherry Drop Top! Food is excellent!

The service was great. The food was good. I had the perch fish fry, my wife had the ahi tacos. A friend of ours had the prime rib sandwich, which he wasn't fond of as the meat seemed shaved... outside of that the rest of the food was good. View menu

Love, Love, Love everything about this fabulous place! So many fabulous beers to choose from, personal faves were the Double Cherry Wheat and the Drop Top. Food always great with a wide variety. Service is top notch!!! Liz was amazing!! Thank you!

First time at this brewery in Shawano. It was once a movie theater, so fibe is cool. Food was good, ordered the special-ribeye sandwich. Also ordered was a wrap, macaroni and cheese, and a burger. Awesome beers to choose from. Our only complaint- way too loud from the music they were playing, we practically had had to yell to have a conversation. We told our server, who was great, said other customers have said that too.

We went on a road trip to Shawano and stopped in to try their beer and had a wonderful time. The beer selection was very good with many fruit beers everyone we tried was great. The service was excellent they were busy but always made sure to check in if we needed another. The building looks like it may have been an old theater the stage is still there with beautiful architecture I am not sure if they still have shows if they did this would be a wonderful date night. We did not try the food but we will definitely be back I am sure it will not disappoint View menu

It isn't often that you find good food and service anymore. It is much less likely to have one of the owners come by your table, and thank you for stopping by. Well done by him and his team. The food was great. We had a flight of a few beers, which were all very good. I also tried the whiskey they make. It was very good as well. If you are in the area, you NEED to stop by. The atmosphere is outstanding. There is a nice urban park area right next door. We stopped on a holiday weekend. It was busy but the staff got ot seated and served pretty quickly. The Ahi street tacos were very good ?.

Always a great stop- whether you want great beer, wine, or cocktails. All very friendly staff willing to help and serve quick. Clean dining area too.Food is great and always comes up quick. AMAZING job retoring the beautiful historic building. Pretty nice touch to be able to see the brewing operation through a floor to ceiling glass wall.Quick stop off HWY 29 in Shawano- not out of the way at all. Tons of parking in back of building if street is full.Also says something that I've seen the owner visit each table on his way through the dining area. Makes a point to ask how everything was and thanking people for stopping in!Cheers!!

I wish this review did this establishment justice but it will most definitely pale in comparison. First, the restoration on this building was spectacular! The decor and the atmosphere were really neat. The beer is the best beer we've ever had. My husband and I each got two flights. The flavor profiles to each beer was unlike any other beer we've had. Even if you don't like beer, you'll like these. And the food...so good. We had the mushroom flatbread and it was amazing. There wasn't anything about our time here that wasn't superb.
