I tried a BLT sub for the first time yesterday and was disappointed to find that the lettuce was wilted and soggy. This is not what I've come to expect from the sandwiches here. I won't be ordering anything with lettuce from this restaurant again.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and had to remind the employee to put the bacon on the sandwich. I asked for pepper jack cheese and recieved provolone and my sandwich was toasted so little everything was still cold. This is a Subway I won't be stopping at again. This place is only five star rated to me when The Sandwich artist Sam is working. Even when my co-workers and I place a large order she always takes great care and making sure are sandwiches are not only correct, but that they are put together properly so we do not unwrapped a huge mess instead of a sub sandwich. I know if she leaves a lot of business is going to go with her. Food: 5
