"I've been here a number of times, but the service was quite poor and seemed ridiculously slow for the full lunch crowd. Not only food they seem to only have 2 wait staff for a packed restaurant, I assume there was only 1 sushi chef back there. We ordered 3 rolls and it took a really long time to get them. When we wanted 2 more, those took another 15-20 min, plus 1 roll order never made to the kitchen. Since our waitress was no where to be found, we'd asked the host to find her so we could order another the extra roll, but he said he could take the order. Turns out he couldn't, and didn't. Would have been nice if they'd didcounted something off the bill after we sat there for 20 min and no roll before someone figured that out. It was a bit longer to get it. I'm not sure why they were so slow on a busy Friday at lunch. It was my 1st lunch experience there, and I propably won't do lunch there again anytime soon."

The sushi was pretty good but many of the roles seemed to have a little too much going on. That seems to be their thing so if you're into that, you may like it more then I did. Might go back again for a quick bite or for lunch.

Recommend seating in the patio for a quieter experience. It could be the every day 3-6 happy hour but the noise level indoors was too loud at 7. It did quiet down by 8 to a reasonable level. The food was good/average. I found their serving size on the small size. Would prefer if they cut the rolls a little wider. The happy hour prices looked very good.

They are one of the few places that can accommodate gluten and dairy free requests. You still have to check the orders though. We ordered two sashimi salads, one of them to meet dietary needs. Both salads came without dressing, but had wontons. It was a quick fix though. All the food was tasty and pitchers of drinks were provided for easy refills. Happy Hours makes it even better. We were sitting for half an hour before we decided to walk out since our server decided to take our order fifteen minutes after sitting and never coming back with drinks. The manager did give me a call asking me to come back and apologizing about our bad experience, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Especially since I had a reservation, I would expect more from Sushi Confidential

It was my first time at this restaurant. The menu is quite innovative compared to other traditional Japanese restaurants such as mango salad and miso clam chowder. They were ok. Table was reserved for us which I appreciated. Ordered food for 4. One entree came half an hour before the other sashimi and sushi rolls we ordered, which was ridiculous. Quality was not as good as we expected. Service was ok. Probably will not visit again as there are many other better choices elsewhere. Price was medium.
