"Once we were seated, it took some time for our rolls to arrive. We decided against the all-you-can-eat option since we usually order just two rolls each. I chose the tiger roll, fire roll, and a jalapeño roll. They were decent, but with soy sauce and wasabi, they were much tastier. The rolls were thinly sliced and not very compact, which caused them to fall apart when we dipped them. I requested spicy mayo, but unfortunately, it never made it to our table. The two sisters working as waitresses were hustling around to serve customers, which is great to see, but they could really use more staff help, especially since they were also handling phone orders and cashing out customers. I'm not sure if I would return; there was nothing particularly negative about the experience, but I just didn’t find the sushi to be the best I’ve had. I do appreciate the reasonable prices for the rolls, but the $4.25 for soda seemed a bit excessive. Thank you to the restaurant for serving the community—it's great to see the history of how they got started, which is detailed on their website."

This place is always busy in my experience very compact and Rowdy. But great if you don't mind that.

Very kind, fast service. We did AYCE but only did the first round. It came with so much food, the rolls were okay, best one was the amazing roll.

Love this place . The sushi is so refreshing and the cucumber salad was impeccable . My favorite roll is the amazing roll , and the stuffed jalapeños. Service is on and off at times but for the most part it's good . View menu

This sushi place is top-notch, from the friendly and efficient staff to the skilled sushi chefs. I highly recommend this spot! While it may not be everyone 's cup of tea, I must mention that Miguel 's special sauce adds a unique and delicious touch that sets their sushi apart.

We absolutely love dining here! The quality of food is top-notch, especially for an all-you-can-eat option. The AYCE price is quite reasonable. Estrella is always our server, and she’s fantastic! She’s incredibly sweet and patient with our kids, who are 6 and 8 years old. Our favorite rolls include Miguel's Style Roll, Crunch Roll, Fire Roll, Acapulco Roll, and the Jalapeño Roll.

I really like this place and I'm coming from upland but the sad part is that my boyfriend I got here early at 12pm right about opening time we sat down and ordered then some firemen about 16 of them showed up 5 minutes later. Surprisingly they are already eating and we still haven't been served yet on top of that they messed up our order. I guess favoritism over customer service is the new Miguel style. View menu

Very nice little sushi place with a little latin-fusion kick. Prices were reasonable and about average for sushi, so between 15-20 per roll. The portions were generous, so two rolls were more than enough to fill me up. The service was fine, nothing that stood out one way or the other but certainly fine. I'd recommend trying some of the fusion dishes or with chili oil if you can handle a little spice. All-in-all, great place and I will definitely recommend it.

Sushi Miguel's is located in Colton, where parking is limited on both the east and west sides of the building. This place tends to get very busy, so be prepared for some waiting during peak hours. Inside, you'll find low-top tables and booths, along with a small bar area. We've been coming here for years because we love ordering our sushi "Miguel's style," which includes pickled onion, chili oil, and spicy ponzu sauce. This combination creates a delicious fusion that really captures that California vibe! The service is always friendly, but be advised that it can get a bit slow when the restaurant is crowded. To make your experience smoother, it's best to place all your orders at once—food, d...

"I 've been here a couple times, and I plan to go back. On my most recent visit (Thursday, 1/11), I discovered that you can order a Chili Verde omelette and choose Biscuits and Gravy as a side... and being a So Cal native with Southern roots, I naturally tried combining them in their warm flour tortillas (not handmade, I don 't think, but still very high quality). The result? *Legendary*: the Verde is actually surprisingly spicy, and benefits from the buttermilk notes of the gravy (which is a unique hybrid between white and brown, including delicious sausage crumbles that punctuate the experience as little flavor bombs, lol). The biscuits are exactly the consistency you want, being crispy on the outside and oh so malleably doughy at the core, which elevates the tortilla considerably in the mix. Every wall of the place is decorated with local kitsch (road signs and posters galore, including easter eggs for those who know San Bernardino well), and it pulls off the postmodern '50s diner vibe with aplomb, despite the slight uncertainty you might feel in terms of where to actually go when you 're ready to pay the bill (pro tip: just head to the register), and you definitely get the sense that it 's a family owned establishment that intends to be there for a long time, as I hope it does. Shout out to the service, too it wasn 't particularly busy, but the kitchen and front end staff worked extremely well together in order to provide for all the various needs going on (several folks at the bar, three booths (of which I was one), and a to go order being taken care of in the corner) without any lapse in check ins. I only finished half my drink, and when I asked for a to go cup for the rest, she returned with a full cup of fresh soda, along with friendly conversation that made me feel like I 'd been going there for years. tl;dr: Fantastic all around diner, with humble prices and a vast selection of good eats while being provided with the best service this side of Waterman Ave., lol definitely recommend as a destination for both San Bernardino residents and anyone looking for a decent meal."
