"I opted for the Omakase, which isn't inexpensive. I'm usually okay with paying a premium for great food, but after spending over a hundred dollars per person, starting with a spicy scallop roll felt a bit too far from authenticity. I took a bite, and it was packed with crunchiness and very oily—seriously? I almost sent it back right then and there. Unfortunately, that was just one of several disappointing dishes in the meal, and I’d rather not relive those experiences by detailing them. I would respectfully suggest to the chef—who seems nice—that while it’s great to explain the dishes to diners, it would be better if we could actually understand what is being said. It’s not just about the language; it’s about the thoughtfulness behind it. I won't be returning."

Our first visit here. The food was amazing, and the hospitality exceptional. Nicole and the chefs did an outstanding job and we will definitely be back for more!

Fast friendly service. Even faster when you order on the mobile app. They offer free stuff every day on the app as well as discounts on coffee drinks. The line at the drive-through is always long at night and during lunch.

Overall, the food was just okay. The lobster tacos were quite small, and I could hardly taste the lobster; it was mostly avocado. The veggie dumplings were fine, but I wouldn't order them again. The Chilean sea bass had a strong fishy flavor that I didn't enjoy. The spicy tuna crispy rice was unremarkable and tasted average. However, I did like the snapper with sea salt and the salmon with sautéed tomatoes.

I worked here for a few months and it was dreadful. I'd cry before coming in because the staff was terrible and it'd be so busy. We have to pay for our meals and if the cook doesn't like us he will watch us put in our meal and throw away the ticket. The waitresses are bitches and for sure talk **** about you, they do their job tho. the tips they receive does not go to them, it goes to the store owner and that's not right at all. You have teens running your store and you're taking their tips. This place is terrible, terrible people very sad

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
