"Are you driving down I-35 late at night? Are you hungry for some Taco Bell? Well then don't stop at the Taco Bell in Italy, Texas. First even though it says that its open to 1:00 am it really isn't. What are the hours you ask? Who knows. I travel back and forth from Austin to Denison twice a week, and I have only once been able to stop there and that was in the afternoon. Oh, the lights are on and there are usually cars in the parking lot, but if you go through the drive through, you'll get nothing. No answer, not even we're not open. So, if you're hungry as you travel down I-35 and have an urge for some Americanized Mexican food then do yourself a favor and go to the Taco Bell in Hillsboro, Tx. They are open until 1:00 am and they actually answer the drive through and want your business."

Bad food. Had a Hair in one taco. All my food was cold. I regularly think Taco Bell is good enough to make a quick stop. But this one was really really bad.

They need to bring the old GM back or whoever ran the store several months back. This store is awful now. Everyone acts like they don’t want to be there. Food is nasty. The store is dirty with trash everywhere

I ordered, verified order through the drive-thru. I was charged the amount on the screen. I get home with half the food I ordered and no receipt. Now they don't answer the phone. I now have to pay someone to take me up there to get my grandbabies tacos and other missing items
