The slowest fast food I have ever had. Took almost 20 minutes to get 3 lousy tacos. Never again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

It's clean, it's taco bell. At this location, though, there's a weird self-help kiosk which I find often takes longer than if an associate were helping. And there's typically an associate helping with the transaction. It's a little weird and unclear but never had a problem with the food. Location is clean.

9:45 PM On Sunday The dining area is closed due to “inconvenience”. The line is down the block, around the corner, and they just say oh you have to go through the drive thru. Very inconvenient. And doesn’t make sense. Every time I come here my food is cold. And they forget napkins. They forget sauce. It’s just very tacky. And the tacos aren’t up to par. View menu

This Taco Bell is the best one in the area. The staff is very friendly and I have never received an incorrect order. Despite the difficulty of getting into the parking lot, it is worth it knowing that the food will be correct and the staff will be pleasant. I love Taco Bell for its wide range of menu options that combine familiar flavors in original ways. My food was lukewarm and the sides of my chicken quesadilla were stale, hard, and empty I had to peel off about half of the quesadilla before attempting to eat it. Even the soft taco was stale, hard, and dry. Hardly any meat in the taco either, it was like 90% lettuce. For the drive-thru line to take so long (9-10 cars at 12am for a 30 min wait) and for the food to be this lacking doesn't make sense. I feel bad about knocking this Taco Bell because the manager is a really nice woman and is really trying. But waiting 40 minutes for 2 chicken quesadillas is ridiculous. Probably not the managers fault if 4 employees didn't show up and hiring is difficult, but maybe fire those 4 anyway for banging out on the same day. Sounds like a sick out, to me. The thing is, the drive-through was getting served their food while at least 7 seperate guests were waiting for theirs in the dining room. And some hadn't even had their orders taken, yet. This review should really be ZERO stars. One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I was here around 8 pm ET on the evening of 10/28/23. The drive through was backed up into the street and there were more than a dozen patrons waiting inside for food they had ordered via the mobile app. There was no one working at the counter! Food was being made by the kitchen and placed on to the mobile pickup kiosk but no one was there to distribute it to customers.
