"This Taco Bell/KFC has really poor service; they seem to think they’re being funny. I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande and politely requested extra cheese, even offering to pay extra for it. However, when I got home, I found they had deliberately put no cheese on it at all—just meat, chips, tomatoes, and sour cream. It's worth driving the extra miles to go to another Taco Bell instead."

Employees do not care that you are waiting there at register to order and once they come to take the order. They just not listen properly and make mistakes. Do not go there with high, sorry, even low expectations.

I used the drive-thru and realized they forgot our cheese roll-ups. When we went back, they generously gave us an extra one for free! It was a really nice gesture. Overall, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you!

Naturally, given that it's Taco Bell, the expectations aren't particularly high. My mom and I ordered through DoorDash, and when our food arrived, I found two pieces of tape in my Crunchwrap Supreme, which I was trying for the first time. It was pretty gross and definitely unsanitary. That said, the food was still tasty, as you would expect from Taco Bell. View menu

I ordered a taco party pack along with a few extras, expecting a good amount of diablo sauce to go with the 15 tacos. Unfortunately, they only included 5 packets, even though I specifically requested more to ensure there was enough for all the tacos. To be honest, Taco Bell tacos are just a means to enjoy the fire sauce; on their own, they taste like old socks.

I was eating my food when she walked into the restaurant wearing a Colonel Sanders shirt and a smile?she helped fixmy order and my day.
