"I almost never write negative reviews, but I have to this time. My family and I love Taco Bell, and I usually go to the newer one in Hickory, but I stopped at this one on the way home. There were only 2 customers in the store at the time, and 4 of their employees were hovering around the manager's office. About 5 minutes after I ordered my food, others came in and had to wait a long time too. After one of them got their food before me, I went up and asked about mine, and it turns out they lost the order (wasn't even busy) and had to remake it. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally get the food, only to find it's completely dripping with grease. In addition, when I got up to leave, my pants were sticking to the chair; apparently something sticky was there that I hadn't seen before sitting down (wasn't cleaned). To top it all off, I was then in the bathroom not 20 minutes later. Never coming here again. This location needs new management."

I do not recommended going to this location ever. On multiple instances this Taco Bell has gotten orders wrong and had ridiculously long wait times. You are better off driving out of your way into Bel Air to a different Taco Bell.

This place is so awful. Staff is rude as hell, and they are always out of everything on the Taco Bell side of things like meat, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream because they don't have a manager. After a few trips I learned to make the trip to anotherlocation moving forward.

The store is good, but they were made of many products and my chicken was over cooked or had eaten too long. The person who took orders was kind, but the guy in the window could work to be more friendly. I've been here without big problems, and the store has never been a top fan. View menu

Went to the drive-thru and they made me wait 35 minutes before telling me they were out of beans. The staff working the front were very nice but very obviously overworked. The staff in the back didn't seem to care about anyone or anything. When I finallygot my food, it was disgusting.

This Taco Bell has the typical fast-food offerings, along with a complete menu, a spacious layout, and clean, accessible restrooms. I'm not usually a fan of traditional fast food, and this was my first time visiting Taco Bell (I know, surprising!), but I gained a new appreciation for their food.

Absolutely the worst experience as far as a fast food place that I can say I have EVER been too. I have no idea how many kids are working in there or if there even is any adult or manager there. The young Boy I see doing everything literally. Whileeveryone else is moving in slow motion. No one is trying to help anyone and get things rolling. The girl in there is just asslow moving as she can be. They have literally 4 cars parked and I have been waiting already a total of 30 mins so far. Theboy doing everything is literally running literally running around the inside of the store and outside. Very sad how thisgeneration doesn?t take a job very seriously View menu

I definitely dont expect tol much when going to a fast fast food place; however, I still think customer service is important. The cashier didn't say anything when pulling up to order menu for a little over 5 minutes until I said something and thenanother 5 minutes till my order was taken. When I got to the window, several employees were hanging around the entire time Iwaited for my order. When my food was being handed to me, the cashier didn't break eye contact with their coworkers and werejust laughing with eachother. No words were said to me other than my total. THE FOOD: THE chalupas tasted like old oil thatleft a sour/bitter taste in my mouth and the dorito tacos were soggy. I enjoy a me...

Immediately upon entering the establishment, 2 guys at the counter waiting in front of me informed me that this is not a good place. The first guy stated that he had to come in from the drive-through because they screwed his order up. Then he wasdebating with the second guy between which Taco Bell is the worst. This location or the one nearby on route 40. I thought Iwould try my luck anyway. One lady eventually emerges from the back and starts doing something with the cash register. I askedher a question in which she answered. Then I told her I?m ready to make the order. She says that she?ll take it in a minute. Then returns to the back. Then my wife called me from the car and told me to come...

"A restaurant in an absolutely beautiful.old building, the Martha Hotel. It's reaply more restaurant than grill, so if you make dinner reservations, bring something a step up from jeans to wear. The restaurant suggests business casual. The interior of the restaurant has panneled wood and traditional furniture, all very Old Virginia. There's a good looking small bar area too. We were seated by a fireplace. The food was ok, not great, My husband's Shepherd's Pie with sweet potato topping was just a weird taste combo with the sweet potatoes being too sweet for a savory dish, but the lamb was good in it and plentiful. My Cornish Game hen with wild rice was the smallest Cornish game hen I've ever seen. It needed a quick marinade in something acidic before grilling. The wild rice side didn't contain much wild rice and had little flavor. It was like banquet dinner food. Our wine was good and the baked goods were exceptional. The cheese biscuits the apple cake with vanilla ice cream were real treats perfect examples of their types. Our waitress was sweet but very overworked. We ordered about 15 minutes after we sat down and got our dinner 45 minutes after being seated. She did bring us our wine bread so we were ok with the very leasurly pace. It was as a busy Saturday night. I wonder if the teaspoon has gone extinct? We were brought larger dinner spoons with our dessert. (This seems to happen at most restaurants now. I questioned the waitress and she said they have five types of spoons, but she was in a hurry, thus the larger spoons. Why aren't they stocking the different spoons in wait stations teaching the servers to use them? This is a great place for dinner if you don't set your food expectations too high because of the beautiful old hotel it's in. Arrive early have a drink on the big porch or walk around look at the beautiful public rooms. Then order the safest thing on the menu some yummy apple cake for dessert."
