Taco Bell - Menu

After attempting to give TB another chance, I visited the store and ordered my food through the app, as there was no cashier available. Unfortunately, it took 25 minutes for my order to be ready. The drive-thru was closed, and during the hour I spent there, at least 50 vehicles came through and left on that Friday night at 6 PM.

I went to Taco Bell last week and asked a female employee for some mild salsa. She only gave me two packets, so I tried to ask if I could get more, but they closed the window as soon as I made the request. I also noticed that the staff wasn't wearing masks or gloves. After I got home and ate the food, I ended up with severe stomach pain.

Order took over 20 minutes just to get and everything was wrong. I Ordered food for a few people and spook to a very nice lady at the drive through speaker just to deal with apparently the female night manager with a huge attitude and extremely rude.Definitely will never return to this garbage astonishment. Just went to the Knightdale Taco Bell ordering two crunchy beef taco?s and an order of nachos and cheese. After getting home and taking the food out of the bag I discovered there was less than half a bag of nachos! This place is ridiculous! I don?t care how close it is to my house, after the long lines, the lights being out on the drive through menu and now the almost empty bag of nachos, I will go to Raleigh to get Taco Bell from now on!

Dirty restaurant, slow staff, restrooms are filty with no soap. I stood in line behind someone for 4-5 minutes before someone came to wait on us. The drink dispenser was leaking and in need of repair. There are two as many people on the back as your normally would see, but they are turning out orders as 1/2 the pace of the person taking orders. It took me 28 minutes to get this order and this is what I received. This place is a disaster and if it's like this next time I won't be coming back.

I visit this restaurant every Saturday after walking my dog, Starbuck, at Knightdale Station Park. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always makes sure the food is hot and well-prepared. While they occasionally face staffing challenges to meet demand, they handle it with grace and a positive attitude. I genuinely look forward to my weekly visits; many employees recognize me by name and enjoy seeing my dog with his goofy face hanging out the back window, his tongue happily wagging. This establishment has a dedicated team that is a true asset to both the community and the company. I can't praise enough the hard work of everyone who has been there, especially during the pandemic! I will never visit this location again. After waiting thirty minutes in the drive-thru, I finally reached the window to pick up my online order. The employee handed me our drinks, and five minutes later, she opened the window to ask if we were missing any items from our order. I told her that we were missing the entire food order, as we had only received drinks. She then shut the window on me. Another employee came to the window to let me know that our food was being made fresh. However, not only was half of our order missing, but what we did receive was incorrect. If I could leave zero stars I would. The black lady with the red dyed hair was awful. They were absolutely rude and we were in the drive-through window for over 15 minutes. The lady at the drive-through with the red dyed hair was in a video chat with herphone propped up by the window laughing hysterically laying on the counter as she was doing nothing to help with our order.Forgot our water and our order was completely wrong. There was probably 10 or 15 cars behind us and they were all in theretalking and messing around. The other black lady with the braids was using profanity and said several times that she didn?t givea damn.. We will never be back to this Taco Bell. Absolutely awful custom...

The young woman at the window was very polite and appeared professional; I believe she has potential and would thrive in a better job elsewhere. After about 20 minutes, I finally received my order, during which the girl informed me that two other employees had left without completing their tasks. That was quite frustrating to hear. As a young person myself, it’s disheartening to see my peers not fulfilling their responsibilities as they should. While the food might disappoint some customers, I personally enjoy tacos.
