"Publicly shaming Tacos A Go Go for messing up order #427188, July 17, 2019 at 1:42. To the person who received my Carne Guisada tacos by mistake consider yourself lucky, because the chicken and pork tacos on corn tortillas were dry and disappointing. Sorry, no one was there to answer the phone when I called to discuss the mix-up. Fortunately, since my lunch plans were cut short, I had time to leave a review."

I've tried the cheese, ice, thorny, and spinach tacos, and they were hot, fresh, and generously stuffed. The salsa was also delicious!

$24.63 for two tacos with chips and salsa? This is outrageous! Please stop the scam and start displaying prices on your menu. Rating: 1/5 for the food.

I placed an order online, but they never received it. I would recommend going elsewhere. The staff was rude, and the prices are too high for what you get.

Never order guacamole from this place!!! It's not worth it! They will charge you $2 dollars and give you such a tiny amount. ?? Also, I ordered a grilled veggie salad with chicken. It was bland! View menu

That's ridiculous. Is it really hard not to be inadmissible when you make a taco? tell me you don't feel at work without telling me that you don't feel at work. that's every time I get bored in my taco.

Too much egg on the tacos and no meat. I ordered chorizo tacos but they did the use chorizo fat juices to mask the lack of chorizo meat to profit more. Disappointing. I hope they see this and change that.

I had two breakfast tacos, and they were enormous! I ate one for breakfast and saved the second for three hours later. The filling was delicious—great eggs, a touch of sweetness, and tasty meat. The tortilla was solid as well. I've now discovered a fantastic spot in the tunnels while I'm stuck in the inner city of Houston. View menu

The chips and salsa were the only redeeming factor in the score. The tortilla was not fresh and the beef was salty. My last visit also had a salty taco so I guess it's a thing here. All all this sauce didn't even improve the texture of that tortilla. This was a convenient stop since I forgot lunch today. Just not a tasty one.

This is a charming little spot where you place your order at the counter, and the staff brings your food to your table. The prawn taco I had was, without a doubt, the best I've ever tasted—deliciously spicy! The nachos were quite enjoyable as well. Plus, they offer pitcher margaritas, which is a nice touch. It's a wonderful place for a quick meal, and it's very affordable too.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
