Super delicious, very fast service. Best sub place in Edison if I don't know where to go for food I go there.

I had the #5 super sub, and it was an absolutely fantastic sandwich! It’s a great value at $13 for such a huge portion. I highly recommend it!

As a non-sub-lover I usually don't like any subs because the brot-meat ratio is gone, or the sandwich becomes too big to fit in my mouth. no problem here! would definitely recommend for a light but filling eating View menu

I’m from Florida and my daughter stopped here for a no. 6 sub and it was out of this world in freshness, taste and worth every penny paid. Great little hidden gem, locals want to keep it quiet. Great job to owner and staff.

a buddy of mine didn't bring me too long into the sandwich shop. I had the honey chest and cheese. It tastes like an old guilteli....the subs from the way back into the day. very tasteful. faster and friendly service and I was hungry that I got the huge. park: they have a decent number of parking at least 10 to 15 cars

they're fine. I heard customers in the line about the fact that taste in 20 years has not changed enthusiastically talking. they have fewer options (bread, seasoned, roasted, etc). as most under-run today. I think they're using boars head like everyone else. I don't know what the hype is about. I prefer subs in south plainfield. View menu

The restaurant is good, but I believe it may be overhyped. I lived nearby over ten years ago and used to get their subs occasionally. I thought they were decent, but there are definitely better quality subs available elsewhere if you're willing to look. I recently returned to see if anything had changed, and my opinion remains the same: the subs are solid, but still overestimated. This place has always been fairly well-known, even before Obama's visit.

I placed a takeout order today, July 28, 2022, at 1:39 PM. I have to say, the team working today was absolutely incredible at making subs! It took me back to 1991 when I first moved to Edison. Over the years, I have to admit that Tastee Subs had declined a bit, but today was a wonderful surprise. If only I could find out when this crew is working or if they could teach the others their techniques, I’m certain they could bring back that nostalgic 1990s vibe. I initially chose this place for its proximity, but today, Tastee, you really knocked it out of the park! Thank you for providing my family and me with that classic, outstanding sub experience.

Recently came back here after living out of state for over 10 years and this place is still as amazing as ever! Lines can be long at prime times but the wait is worth it. Big portions and affordable prices, you can't go wrong. I ordered half a sub and only managed to eat half of it in one sitting. My favorites are the #5 (super sub that has it all) and the #11 (meatball sub). Everything is fresh and tastee and you won't regret it! If you love some spice in your life, don't forget to add hot peppers- you will not be disappointed!
