"At the Sierra Vista, AZ location, Neveah took our order at the drive thru. She was very rude and got mad when we asked her name as we didn't see a name badge on her. And asked for BBQ sauce. There was also a male employee, at the drive thru that was sitting on the counter right in front of the windows. Which is very unprofessional and rude as well, as he didn't acknowledge the customers at all. I love Culver's and especially the one in my home town and have always had very good service. And one of the reasons it has done so good is because of the excellent and professional service. Alot of businesses go down because they lack these qualities because it makes people not want to go to that establishment."

"I wanted to like this place. We drove 90 minutes to get here. Bratwurst was good. So was spicy sausage. Bavarian coleslaw good. But red cabbage was awful. No flavor at all. Warm German potato salad had no sweet and sour taste. The restrooms need attention guys. The locks don't work. Someone walked in on me in the ladies. No excuse. It's a $25 new lock from the hardware store. Empty boxes piled up in area in front of restrooms. Again no excuse. Get it out to the trash. Dead bugs in non working light fixture in same space. I can only imagine the kitchen. I will not be back"

However, when the sushi arrived, I was hopeful as the King Cobra Roll looked enticing. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment—the unagi was mushy, slimy, and gritty. After just one piece, I knew it wasn’t for me. The Tempura Roll was somewhat better, but still bland. I typically reserve soy sauce for sushi lacking in flavor, but I found myself relying on soy sauce and the sweet chili sauce from the Spring Rolls to add some taste. Additionally, the sushi wasn’t cut properly, causing it to unroll when I tried to pick up a piece—perhaps due to a dull knife or rice that had been left on the seaweed too long. The total for my meal came to $38. **The Location:** The restaurant is conveniently located on the main strip in Sierra Vista. **The Service:** As noted by many reviewers, the owner and staff were warm and engaging. It was a busy Friday night, so I had a 15-minute wait to be seated. I’m used to having plates cleared as we eat, but at Tanuki, it seems they wait until you’re finished with everything. **Overall:** If I ever find myself craving sushi again while in Sierra Vista, I might give this place another shot, but I’d certainly make some adjustments to the rolls I choose."

"I had a fantastic experience at Biss! Everything is freshly prepared and served right at the table. The friendly service really adds to the inviting atmosphere. They offer a delightful selection of nine different vegetables, each served separately from the main course, and each has its own distinct flavor—some are even a bit spicy! If you're in Sierra Vista, this is the place to be!"

"Oh my goodness, if you are looking for Hispanic food in this area like burritos and such, this is the place to go. The portions are insane, 1 burrito is good for 2 meals easy. You will not be holding them with 1 hand at all. Friendly owner and staff, very quick and plenty of seating depending on what time you decide to head over. Easy location off of Wilcox very close to the main gate to Fy. Huachuca. If you don't leave there full, then you must have just went there for something to drink.
