"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was charged $19 for two tom kha soups instead of the listed price of $14. This error was only noticed after I had already paid. Initially, I was told by the first person who assisted me that there was nothing that could be done because there was no manager present. However, after insisting, someone else eventually helped me resolve the issue. Instead of receiving a refund, credit, or gift card for the overcharge, I was simply told that I would receive a discount on my next visit. This seemed to me like an unreasonable request, as I would have to point out to my server that I had been overcharged the last time. Eventually, the overcharge was corrected, but the lack of clear communication and customer service left me feeling frustrated. The food was decent, but the prices were quite high at around $60 for two tom kha soups, one order of spring rolls, and a small side of rice. Overall, I am unlikely to dine here again due to the lack of accountability and customer service."

We usually eat at the restaurant, its always delicious. The yellow curry vegetables were raw and crunchy. The pad Thai was flavorless and not spicy. Thai tea is always good

This was our first time ordering from here and we will definitely be making it our go-to spot for Thai Fried Rice, Hot Pot Seafood Po Tak Soup, and Drunken Spicy Noodles. The Thai Iced Tea was also fantastic!

The food at this restaurant is delicious! The service was excellent and we did not feel rushed at all. We visited on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy, so we had a relaxing meal and enjoyed our time there. View menu

I was highly disappointed by the small portion for $20+ at this restaurant. The chicken was very dry and tough, with hardly any vegetables. I will not be returning here. Additionally, I requested utensils but didn't even receive a napkin.

I usually complain not one of my favorite food is thai.i order drunk noodles and they were super dry super salty I paid almost 30.00 for the food I had to throw away she didn't even give me a fork also the thai tee was bad pls rent good cook it was a waste of time and money

the first time my wife and I were here, they were right after the opening. the food was in order and the owner would not leave us alone and float over us. So we cleaned the load away. in the last months we gave them a few more shots. eating was really good every time. really happy that they get it together! View menu

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have been a regular at Thai One On for a few years now and I absolutely adore it. It is my go-to restaurant in town. The food is amazing, flavorful, and delicious. I have never had a negative experience here. I highly recommend trying it out if you have not been before.

As a local from the coast, I have visited this restaurant many times. The quality is always consistent and excellent. The portions are generous (one serving usually gives me enough for two meals.) They use clean oils, so you don't feel sick or overly greasy after eating their dishes. Our favorites are the drunken noodles and pad thai. The tom yum soup is also excellent. They have a good selection of wines. They are expanding the restaurant and taking over the adjacent units, and will soon be selling sushi again. This is the best Thai food in the coastal North area!
