A little bit on the pricey side (around $10-$11 for a bagel sandwich) but it is really good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Definitely a must try if you live in SLC.

The prices in store are $3 more expensive than what they are listed as here. Learned after waiting in line for 10 minutes that the rest of the bagels i could see were all taken except the cinnamon raisin and poppy so i chose not to order.

Having moved from the east coast, it was disappointing to find out how difficult it is to find a good bagel here. Thankfully, the Bagel Project exists and is providing this city with quality bagels! Their bagels have a nice chew and have been fresh every time I have stopped by. Considering it is either this or Einstein Bagels.. I will choose the Bagel Project every time.
