"Our group experienced an extremely long wait of 2 hours before being informed that we still had to wait longer. Despite several tables being unoccupied, we were not seated. After another 40 minutes, the host finally led us to our table. In total, we waited 2 hours and 40 minutes just to be seated. It makes me question the management of the place—does it really take the entire hosting staff to seat a group? After our lengthy wait, we spent an additional 40 to 50 minutes waiting for our food, and then another 30 to 40 minutes to eat. Overall, we spent around 4 hours in this restaurant for some basic, boiled food. I'm not sure if we will return anytime soon."

My daughter brought me here for lunch on my birthday, and they even sang Happy Birthday to me!

The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was lively. I truly enjoyed the delicious Cajun seasoning.

We had to wait a considerable time on Friday evening—around 1.5 hours for just two people—but the food was absolutely fantastic! It's wise to plan ahead and not arrive too hungry, as the delicious aromas will make your appetite soar.

The ordering and pickup system is excellent, as they send you a text when your food is ready. This helps reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. It's frustrating to witness people still unable to wear masks correctly, even 18 days into 2021. View menu

The food here is fantastic, but during my most recent visit with my daughter, the service fell short. The staff didn't come by to see if we needed anything, which was disappointing. Nonetheless, I can't stress enough how wonderful the food is!

Still the best! Everything was just as I ordered, and every dish was delicious. I experienced a bit of phone congestion but persevered and eventually got through. The pick-up was safe, clean, and well-organized. The staff put in an outstanding effort!

I'm here tonight, and the wait times are extremely frustrating. Moreover, there are several staff members who seem to be just standing around instead of assisting customers. My table didn't even receive a drink refill. It's evident that this place is quite disorganized, which isn't surprising given that many of the employees are in their twenties. View menu

I really love Boiling Crab! It's the ideal spot to enjoy time with friends and family, and it's very welcoming for kids too! I often order the mussels and potatoes, in addition to shrimp and lobster. The restaurant is nicely air-conditioned, so you won't be disappointed choosing this place. If you go on the weekend after 6 PM, be prepared to wait about 1.5 to 2 hours, but trust me, it's absolutely worth it!

My first visit was wonderful, but unfortunately, I ended up with a headache afterward. On my second visit, the experience was also great, but I faced some consequences— I got food poisoning and a headache. I ended up vomiting for three hours straight. I'm sorry to say, Boiling Crab, but I think I have to say goodbye for now. Maybe I'll reconsider next year, but that illness was the worst I've ever experienced.

"To start, I had the Lobster Bisque, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Each spoonful had bits of lobster that were perfectly cooked. The table also ordered Sourdough and Garlic Bread. The portions were decent, but with seven of us dining, one order wasn't quite enough. However, both the garlic bread and the sourdough were absolutely delicious. My husband and I decided to share the 2.5 lb Porterhouse steak. We requested it to be cooked Medium Well, and it arrived exactly as we wanted. It was amusing when the other diners received their steaks on plates adorned with a little salad and carrots, while we got empty plates with just a small salad and some carrots. Then, the waiter surprised us with a massive platter, reminiscent of a Thanksgiving feast, holding our generous portion of steak. The Porterhouse included both New York Strip and Filet Mignon—plenty for two, possibly three. As a group, we ordered several sides to share, and they were enormous! We had Mac n Cheese, Truffle Mac n Cheese (the best option), Lobster Mashed Potatoes (so delicious), Sugar Snap Peas (which I heard were great), Asparagus, and Scalloped Potatoes. It was fantastic to sample a variety of sides, and I'm glad we all chose different ones. When we ordered our meals, we were informed that if we wanted the soufflé for dessert, we had to do it right away—and it was big enough to share! We decided to get two: one Chocolate and one Grand Marnier. They were each the size of a small birthday cake meant for four! Unsurprisingly, we devoured both, and they were spectacular, served with a side of cream. The check for dinner for seven came to $667, and I can confidently say it was worth every penny. Oh, and I also tried a drink called "Grounds for Divorce" which I highly recommend—the ice cube in it is exceptional!"
