"We ordered delicious carnitas tacos, a mushroom burger, and sweet potato fries, all of which were very good. However, the interior of the restaurant was quite different from what we expected. While the exterior gives off an upscale vibe, the inside felt more like my grandparents’ basement, with dark paneled walls, old carpet, and worn furnishings that really needed a thorough cleaning. I felt uneasy watching a toddler crawling on that carpet! The ambiance featured a mix of numerous beer taps, large screens showing different channels, and 80s music playing in the background, making it a rather noisy place. The menu had several intriguing options that we would likely consider for future visits, though we might opt for takeout next time since it seemed like an efficient operation, with a shelf just inside the entrance for pickups. Update: I visited again on a Thursday night with a group of friends. Unfortunately, we waited about 30 minutes for our food after ordering. I tried the street corn bowl with chicken, and my first bite was unexpectedly spicy, prompting me to ask for sour cream. Ultimately, the dish turned out to be inconsistently seasoned and not that spicy overall, but it was still enjoyable. Our server remained attentive during our visit. However, I noticed that the carpet still looked in need of cleaning, and there were spills on the tile floor that almost caused me to slip on the way out. My three-star rating still stands. As for parking, there is free parking available all around the building."
