"This place used to be awesome. During the pandemic, they raised the prices. $50 for a board with two meats and two cheeses. It?s kind of insulting. But I?m not here to complain about the prices. I actually came here to complain about the staff. They are absolutely miserable, never smile, stare blankly when I ask simple questions, and are just generally unfriendly and unhelpful. It?s like they are mad about having to work. I?m sure other people would be happy to do this job. I don?t get it. They make more per hour than I did when I had these kinda of jobs. Back then we were lucky to make $8 an hour to do more work. None of the staff has a basic grasp on English either. Diversity is fine, but being able to communicate with English speaking customers seems like a basic qualification. Maybe the owner of this cheese course has too much business and doesn?t need to retain customers. I?m not sure, but I am sure I won?t be back until they can get back to a basic standard of service."

Good food but very poor service. The order was wrong and they did not apologize for getting it wrong. Absolutely no Customer Service recovery efforts were made on the behalf of any of the staff members that I encounter today. Especially from the cashier man on Sunday, November 7 at 2:30 pm

19 for half a sandwich and a cup of soup that tastes worse than sliced bread! Terrible place. We work hard for our money and the staff there will take it happy and give you terrible service. This place deserves to turn it off or move to L.A. where everything is double and nobody knows what a dollar is worth

I love the French salad here but the portion is so small. It's $25 for a super small salad and I had to add more lettuce. The flavors and ingredients are all amazingly mixed together. Although this time I had a hard tendon in one of the chicken tenderloins. Really good soup, super good bread just disappointing with this last order. View menu

Went in today and asked about fondue, the nice man explained all about the fondue and what comes with it. Then went to order it and was told by the lady up front that they won 't make it. She also gave me and my boyfriend a nasty look and said to her coworker they dont speak Spanish will NEVER come here again. Have been a customer for years and i 'm deeply upset and bothered. Wow ...... just wow....

Definitely not the experience I had in the weston location. From the moment I walked in it was like ordering at Pantera Bread, staff was not greeting anyone nor seating anyone. Orders were started at there own discretion not when they were placed. It wasn't packed at all and I still had to wait quite a while for my food. Food quality was still great so that was definitely a plus. My coffee was a cappuccino it was definitely good but not work $5 in the small cut the was not even filled halfway. I would definitely say they need better management at this location.

It was very good, the food was fresh and tasty. The sandwich was different in a good way I had the broccoli and cheese soup and the turkey sandwich (sub). The soup was good, I got the bowl ,(only filled it a little over 1/2 way). The place was super clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing was the price, I know everything is going up so I should get used to it but 2 subs, 2 bowls of soup and 2 drinks. $58.00. The is a lot for lunch. But if the price doesn't scare you, it is a really nice and tasty place to go. I am not sure if I will go back. Maybe this is a once or twice a year treat for myself. View menu

This place is not clean! Dust on surfaces, with insect droppings, too. Lots of fake flowers also covered in dust as well as light fixtures. I wonder about the condition of the kitchen as everyone is just standing around back there. $40 for 2 beers and 2 soup/sandwich combos. My Serrano ham sandwich (2? at widest x 6? had one slice of ham. One slice in an $11 sandwich. Person taking the order didn?t hear our second beer order so we had to get that addressed. Staff is just standing around. The concept is good, but the service and unclean environment make this a one and done spot. Don?t waste your time or money. No one cares, here.
