"Honestly, I don’t like to leave bad reviews and don’t often.It wasn’t the waiters fault but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Cheesecake Factory.I’ve lived across the U.S. and have been to many. I’m accustomed to great food, service and cleanliness. As soon as I walked in though I knew something was off.1.The older in his 50’s looking host not to be judgy did not look professional, clean or up to par of usual standards with a smoke Oder/body.2. ALL plates, silverware, and glasses were visibly VERY DIRTY as well as the table. My fiancé and I brought it up quietly to the host who readily went to replace. He came out with silverware that had spinach on the bottom.Not a crumb but an entire leaf which he said he picked the silverware out himself.after the waiter came to our table we had everything replaced and again quietly told him he may want to check his section and I knew it wasn’t his fault.He apologized for everything and I didn’t make a big deal out of it.3. Thank god my fiancés food came out great but I got a flatbread that was more crust than flavor. No toppings hardly. I tried something different this time and instantly regretted it.4. I still love Cheesecake Factory and would recommend it under normal circumstances. I have gone to this particular location one other time 7 or 8 months ago and had my usual experience but gosh this was awful.If you go here it’s not the waiters fault necessarily but let someone know. It costs too much to have a dirty experience."

Ritzy. Full bar and good serviceLines at door at Friday dinner. Vegetarian options: You can probably get what you need if you ask. Not prominently veg. Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate. Low carb could be a challenge!!! Parking: Urban upscale outdoor style mall. You can park here. Kid-friendliness: They accommodate kids. Loud and visually stimulating. Loud. Good for tweens and up. So disappointed in what was once a favorite restaurant. I’ve gotten the Thai lettuce wraps every visit for years, so I know what the dish used to be. Today my 3 pieces of chicken were literally the size of my pinky finger from the knuckle up. The cost was $13.95! It was laughable. Our service was fair at best. The irony was we were seated next to the station where all the servers hung out…8 servers plus a manager at one count. We spent our entire dinner unwillingly hearing all their conversations. Very unprofessional, in my opinion. Again, so disappointing. Not the stellar Cheesecake Factory we used to know and love. Won’t be back.
