"We arrived to be told we had a 20-minute wait with open tables available. After we were finally able to order a drink, the bartender did not give us our change and kept it for a generous tip. We finally got our table and ordered our food right away. After 45 minutes of waiting for our food, the table next to us, who were seated 30 minutes after we were, received their appetizer! We were so upset we left without paying for our drink. Our server told us several times that are food would be out any minute. But it never came! We had been to this restaurant in 2021, had excellent food and excellent service. We expected the same this time. We will NEVER go back and would never recommend this place again."

"First, the service was SO slow. The tables around us were all complaining and since we sit so close we know they were also unhappy with the food too. Au Gratin potatoes were in a bland milk- two other tables I saw, plus us barely touched them. The Brussel sprouts were hard- another table had them also and she even asked the server to microwave to make them softer. I ordered a Ribeye and I have to say that I haven’t had a poor quality steak in a while and that one took the award. I didn’t eat all day, skipped having a salad with dinner so I could enjoy my Ribeye and potatoes… needless to say we left hungry and ended up in the food market eating fish and chips. Very disappointing. Went to Brio the night before and the service was superior to this place- food came out in a timely manner and we cleaned our plates EVERYTHING was delicious. This Ruth Chris did not live up to others I’ve been to- not even close."

"This was one of the finest dining experiences we’ve ever had. I had the lobster bisque appetizer and it was creamy and rich with several chunks of tender lobster meat. The steak and shrimp were prepared at exactly the right temperature and the asparagus with hollandase sauce was delicious. To top it all off, the service was extraordinary! Our server, Julio, was spectacular. He met every need and even helped us with directions to avoid significant road closures! I wish I could clone him!"

"What a nice little discovery. Once you finish the southern leg of the Blue Ridge Parkway in Cherokee, NC. you'll find a little tourist spot. Hitting up Google we discovered Wize Guyz Grille and we were not disappointed. Order at the register and they bring the food out to you and it came quick, less than ten minutes. Our food was fresh and HOT!! The burgers are big!! The flaming chips are amazing mix of fried potato slices with Buffalo sauce and blue cheese crumbles. We couldn't even finish our food but it did come home with us. Prices are good for the amount of food you get. So if you ever get to Cherokee North Carolina, check them out!!"

"I was in a party of about 60 people. The staff did an amazing job taking care of all of us and their other guests. The servers were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing! I had the combo with 2 items (beef taco and enchilada) with beans and rice. And we had the fried ice cream for dessert. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
