"This is a must when coming to NY! This is by far one of my favorite spots! Everything is good. I recommend either the Lamb Gyros or the Grass-fed Cheeseburger. The Wild Salmon Burger is good too. If you are vegetarian, you can’t go wrong with the Falafel Gyros or Falafel Burger. The staff is always patient, helpful and friendly (I struggle with making up my mind what to get each time). Trust me, The Halal Spot will have you coming back over and over again!!!"

The little cubed meat was overcooked and unrecognizable as if it was lamb

Ordering chicken over yellow rice with white sauce and hot sauce is always a safe and delicious choice.

I ordered a chicken salad but received a mixed meat salad instead. Additionally, the drinks were not what I had requested. View menu

Quality of food here was excellent. The chicken and the rice and chicken gyro I ordered were cooked very well. The service is quick and the ambience and customer service I experienced was great as well.

DISREGARD, wrong spot. Asked for white sauce hot sauce on Uber eats, only received BBQ sauce. Their options for sauce selection was to pick only 1 sauce, which doesn’t make sense, so I said in the notes to add white sauce hot sauce. Who eats it with just BBQ sauce? Where did common sense go? Why?

Nice to have a good halal restaurant in Brooklyn that is spacious and aesthetically pleasing to be at. Tons of seating area, friendly staff and cleanliness makes it a great pace to be. The food options are great. I ordered the zinger burger and it was good. Not the zinger burger that you find in Pakistan but still a good take at it and they use fresh ingredients View menu

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
