"This cozy little spot is decorated nicely, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The server was friendly and consistently checked in on our drinks and needs throughout the meal. As for the food, it was decent but not particularly memorable. The shrimp shumai was just okay; I expected a stronger shrimp flavor. However, the Cozy Shrimp was absolutely delicious! I also tried the peppered spare ribs, but they were a bit chewy and dry, lacking the peppery taste I anticipated. There was a small amount of sauce that was fantastic, but I really wished there had been more of it. The mango fried rice was good, though it was clear that canned pineapple was used. I’d like to come back and try more of their popular dishes, like Pad Thai and Basil Chicken, to see if I can find some truly tasty options."

"Other than the food, the reason this place has been open for so long is due to the people that work there. They're always nice and attentive. I started by placing orders over the phone when my job moved to Randolph and I needed to find a new breakfast spot. I was both shocked and felt special when the 3rd time I called I was asked if this was Margaret and they'd have my order ready for me in 10 minutes. Jackie smiled when I came in and greeted me with my food. That's what I call excellent customer service! The food portion and price and pre covid if you know what I mean. Lol Honestly, the portions are large and what you're paying is cheap for a great meal. I would recommend anyone here!"

"I went today with my wife I was shocked when I went in and got Greeted and the place was packed I quickly notice new people behind the counter and a soda fridge in front, I asked for Steak cheese and onion,wing dings and two slices,two bottles of soda. I got the two slices quick man was it good I later found out that it was the same recipe, but it taste good for the simple fact that I was greeted nice when handed over the slices. Very nice. I got my steak and cheese and the rest Couple minutes later steak and cheese was packed Delicious the new owner spoke To us very friendly, Him and his son, Steve and Niko. I will highly recommend the new Zack’s To anyone I’ll be back in a couple days for lunch Any where you go and they greet you nice and serve you with love it’s always a plus."
