There are not many vegan options available, but you can still find something to eat. However, there are plenty of vegetarian choices to choose from. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely.

ham and Swiss cheese omelette with roasted potato and toast good wise to begin the day. order it at the theke and its breakfast is brought to her table. Do not forget to have a **** fairy or a moimosa with its breakfast and a limonade for a walk through the park.

I absolutely adore the ambiance and vibe of Hub Cafe, as well as its convenient location near many bike paths. I visited with my family, who have varying dietary preferences, and everyone was able to find something they loved. The Hub Cafe, located in Lincoln, Nebraska, is a unique farm-to-fork restaurant with a constantly changing menu that includes vegetarian and vegan options. During my visit, I enjoyed a delicious meal and drink, and especially loved the adorable table marker with a dog on it. The staff was also very helpful in explaining the vegan options available.

my French toast was delicious and the coffee was good. the food was so good I couldn't make a picture fast enough before I ate something. there was a long line to order in register, and then they brought food where they were sitting. long lines are always a sign of good food, and we were not disappointed. when I met on the cake, the whole staff was very friendly.

great restaurant. one of the only places in lincoln that makes a decent vegan breakfast. they make good food and everything is delicious and fresh. the only feedback that I have is that they really dedicated server and wait personal, in contrast to anyone who is switching on to get orders to tables. not only would this help to convey the food from the kitchen to the tables, but it would also allow mid-meal service such as additional serviettes, special requests, hot sauce, etc. still great, although the staff is very friendly. Came here for a great Sunday breakfast. Saw they were apart of the 2022 Nebraska Passport challenge so decided to come back here and I’m so glad I did!! The people working were very kind. This place gets really busy so if waiting is a problem for you choose somewhere else, but the food really is worth it. I got the Hub Skillet and everything tasted so fresh and flavorful I will be full for hours and I will definitely be coming back here soon. They have a good amount of seating and it is really good to see how much they support different activities and groups in Lincoln.

They do not offer decaf at all here so if that is something you are looking for, I would not recommend.The water station had dirty glasses where the clean ones should have been.If you are missing something from the table, I did find a lot of things were at the front such as salt and pepper.Service was hit and miss.The person who brought us our food was very friendly and offered assistance when he noticed we were missing something.I went with people who are from Lincoln. They informed me the food menu changes quite regularly.The food is beautifully presented and comes with a nice salad.
