The Kabab Factory - Menu

The food is worth the small trip every time! It can be a bit spicy for the uninitiated! We got the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Curry Shrimp. Both were extremely flavorful and tasty. Even the rice and Garlic Naan were tip top this evening. Highly recommend!

First time been there, it was long time pending. Today i made it with my wife. We had Dahi kabab, Malai Kofta and Garlic Naan. It was perfectly cooked and wonderfully served. I liked the taste and presentation. Yummy chutneys. Will definately go back to try more items. Thanks team for the delicious food.

Wow! I just enjoyed the best Chicken Shinwari Kebab and Chicken Shinwari Karahi. This restaurant is now under new management, and they have the perfect menu selections. The food was served fresh and hot. We ordered a delightful Chicken Karahi and a kebab platter. The kebabs were juicy and beautifully marinated, and the Garlic Naan was fresh out of the oven. The Kabab factory is the real deal. Do order a take out or visit the outlet if you crave delicious kababs and sumptuous and wholesome biryanis. We ordered the Murgh Sula kabab , Murgh Malai Tikka and Nizami Murgh Biryani and were super satisfied. The kababs were succulent , full of flavour and wants to you to go for more. The biryani will also tingle your taste buds with some really fragrant and great flavours. Way to go the Kabab factory.

Brother came from NH and wanted to eat some kabab's so went here first time , and Ali was great !! this place probably by far so so great with the service! Food presentation was excellent and the taste was even better ! Definitely would recommend it to others. For people who said that the service is slow, it's because of the food is made fresh, not just heated and served. Thanks Ali, really made it feel home at the restaurant and you will see us again with more crew.

Food was good, my personal favorite was Chicken Seekh Kebab and Tandoori Broccoli. The food is good. I need to try. They have sorted bread baskets, but not sorted kebabs. I strongly recommend the owners to add it to their menu, otherwise some people always play safe and never try new things. I should have given a better assessment, but the day we visited the service was down. They were from Papri so we were unable to order their chat we wanted to try. This place is also BYOB. View menu

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We placed our order through door dash. We ordered the mushroom kebab and received the dahi kebab. When we check to see the order on door dash it then said item not available. AFTER we placed the order. Why would you replace the item with something else without confirming? When we called to complain, the guy who picked up took no credit. No apologies and was a j about it. So basically they replaced it with a cheaper item, still got paid for it by door dash and did not acknowledge their mistake. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

When I picked up my order, I noticed one item on top of the bag that was clearly not what I had requested. I brought this to the attention of the management, but to my surprise, they seemed confused about the item as well. They offered to correct the mistake, but I declined, opting instead to take what they had already prepared as a gesture of goodwill. Up until now, I had never encountered any issues with their food or service. It felt like the restaurant might be under new management and possibly has a different chef. I saw recommendation about it and finally wanted to try it. The staff is very nice but the service is very slow.I hate when the restaurant don’t ask for spice level, thinking we are Indian at Indian restaurant, we all don’t eat the same spice level. It could be because of many factors. Learn to ask for the spice level.It’s a small restaurant with just a few tables.
