"This salad was unexpectedly tasty as are the Mango, Papaya and Beef Salads. Have tried the Mango Salad with Salmon as well as with Shrimp. They are not shy with spices and the heat is to my liking. The best thing all their salads seem to share is the right balance of Lime, Chili, Palm sugar? and Fish Sauce. MSG or not they will light up your taste buds."
