We enjoyed an early dinner, which allowed for a relaxed atmosphere with only a few other diners present. Even as more guests arrived later on, the overall experience remained delightful. Our waiter struck a perfect balance between being friendly and casual while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The only downside was that we missed seeing Robert Redford, who dined there the night before with his wife. I understand the policy against taking photos in the restaurant for privacy reasons."

Our waiter was Brent. It went above and beyond to make our meal wonderful! I did leave still hungry which is sad since I paid $50 for my steak. It was just small for the price. The watermelon radish on the side was so gross but the Sundance salad was probably the best salad I’ve had in my life. I would go back and recommend to my friends.

If a reservation isn't honored, the experience starts off on the wrong note. There was no confirmation or apology. This is an excellent restaurant, which makes it disappointing that the staff wasn't properly trained in greeting guests. Unlike our previous visit, where dishes were introduced, there was no such explanation this time. Maybe they need additional training? The food was excellent, but I felt it didn't have the same wow factor as our first visit since we've been here before.
