"I recently had lunch at Brassica on Meade Road in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Brassica is located on the north side Meade Road. Brassica is located in the Van Aken Market Hall in the Van Aken District of Shaker Heights. Van Aken Market Hall is immediately west of Warrensville Center Road. It is located north of Chagrin Boulevard. There is a free off-street parking lot on the south side of Meade Road. There is a multi-level parking garage immediately north of the Van Aken Market Hall. Just west of the Van Aken Market Hall is the rapid transit Van Aken/Warrensville station with bus service too. Brassica is a Mediterrian Restaurant serving pita sandwiches or bowls. It is fast food done very well with quality ingredients. They serve your usual soft drinks plus beer and wine. The staff is young and energetic. There are a lot of smiles and the counter service is very efficient and moves along quickly. Brassica offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The two exterior walls are floor to ceiling glass allowing for plenty natural light. I enjoyed a vegetable pita and French fries with an unsweetened ice tea to drink. You select which vegetables you want in your pita or bowl and select a sauce of your choice. My pita was very flavorful. The restaurant is very clean. The decor is industrial minimalist. The restaurant has a unisex bathroom that is clean. I am looking forward to my next visit to Brassica and sampling their various sauces. I am fortunate to return to Brassica for another lunch recently. I enjoyed my lunch. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is very tasty. This time I enjoyed the Brisket Pita. The brisket is tender and marinated for a great flavor. I selected the vegetables to top off the pita. I, again, ordered the Brassica fries for a side and an ice tea. This trip to Brassica, I parked in the parking garage immediately north of the restaurant. The parking is free in the four level parking structure. There are stairs and elevators at several locations on the perimeter of the parking structure. You can enter and exit the parking structure on either the west side or the east side. I entered the east side off of Warrenville Center Road. I exited the structure on the west side onto Tuttle Road."

"I am writing to you to let you know how disappointed we were with service at ML Tavern restaurant. Our reservations were on Oct 1, 2022, at 7:30 PM for 8 people. Our group was seated at a round table with plenty of room. One of our friends whose husbandrecently past way wanted to join us for a drink. We have politely asked management for extra chair. We told there are no extrachairs in ML Tavern restaurant on Saturday night. Really !!! No chairs at restaurant. We have expected much more from aprestigious and reputed restaurant of your standards. This is not what we expected at all. The manager was rude andunprofessional and asked us to give back a single chair found. I’m a Ukraine born and speak with slight accent it does notgive any persons to discriminate or be bullied by your staff. We were told leave your restaurant."

"Just a fabulous meal and amazing service by Chi. I also love how the owner is always there and always making sure the experience is memorable. For those that think this is a fabulous sushi restaurant, they are correct but the non sushi menu here is gourmet and food quality is beyond exceptional. This is a consistent, truly excellent restaurant! Can't wait to go back!"

"Out of towners stopping for testing at Cleveland Clinic. Wanted a special treat and this was a great dinner. Spouse and I had two different appetizers and mains. All 4 plates were delicious. Great chard made the meal memorable. If we have to come back to Cleveland we’ll be happy to come back. Expensive but worth it!"

"The reason I give one star is its HYGIENE problem and the poor way the manager treats her customers. The restaurant was pretty empty when I went there for lunch. After ordering and receiving the teriyaki fish bento box, I took a picture of the meal tosend to a friend. Unfortunately, as I was about to eat, I noticed the plate was very dirty. I brought this to the attention ofthe server, who apologized and offered to make the food again. The second time, I noticed something odd: the same piece of fishand the same rolls had merely been transferred to a new place. I just happened to have a photo of the first time the food wasserved and confirmed with the waitress that the same exact food had in fact on the second plate. The waitress apologized againand took the second plate to kitchen. After a few minutes, an old woman came to me said that they ate my food and they wouldn?tcook another meal for me. Then she asked me to leave. Shocked, I asked to speak to a manager, only to find out that she IS themanager! I will never consume food at a restaurant that doesn?t take hygiene seriously. Would you want to eat at anestablishment that kicks out a customer who simply asks to eat off of a clean plate?"
