"I only have a half hour for lunch, so I ordered a ham and yellow American cheese sandwich on a roll with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. When I got back to work, I realized I had been given the wrong sandwich. I called Tommy's to address the issue, but it was a frustrating experience. My lunch was at 12:10, and they didn't do anything to help me. As a result, I had to wait until 3:10 PM for my lunch. I was incredibly hungry by then. I do enjoy their food, but their customer service needs significant improvement. They've just lost a customer. I won't be returning because if there’s a mistake, they don't take any action to rectify it. The replacement sandwich they sent over was also missing mayo. I’m done with this place. I've been a customer for five years, but now I'm finished. I also had to deal with an unpleasant staff member frequently. I won’t miss them at all. I’m tired of spending my money for poor service, and my orders are almost always wrong. Goodbye."

All I have to say is WOOOOOOOOOOWWWW! This place is my favorite to hit up when in westchester. The service is great, food is even better, and the staff are courteous, attentive, and know how to host. Highly recommended! P.S. try TJ’s grilled cheese! Best I’ve ever had!
