"I ordered a pizza and diet coke late night. They forgot the soda, which is not the end of the world. I called the restaurant to explain the situation. The person at the phone asked for my address and told me that the driver will drop my soda. I thanked him despite their mistake. Normally, you expect an apology or a simple utterance of the word “sorry”. He just hung up on me immediately. I think some courtesy would not hurt. P.S. I waited for my soda for another 10—15 minutes."

Have been going to this toppers location for years. Best pizza place in Lawrence. Would highly recommended for anyone wanting quality pizza and snacks at a good price. Nelson is the man, always hustling to make sure the best quality food is made.

was hoping it would be like a 30 minute tops wait and we were quoted 70 minutes. it was fine but there was literally no sauce. we got a cheese bread with pepperoni on it. mac was not good, they just throw some shredded cheese on top and let the heat melt it in the box. noodles are not coated at all. chicken dunks were okay.
