"I've been visiting this place for my weekly lunch for the past year, but over the last two weeks, they've messed up my orders. In the first photo from August 2nd, they forgot to include my avocado, even though I pay extra for it, and my burrito was filled with more rice than usual. The second photo, which is from today, shows that they forgot the avocado again. I also requested extra salsa, but there was hardly any or none at all—just rice and beans. The light poblano, however, was good. They know me well since I always order the same vegetarian dish. I just wish they would take their time when preparing my order. I think the person making it may have changed. I did call to inform them about the issues, and they apologized, as they are nice people. I really hope they don't mess it up again."

"I had the best experience at Bungalow. It started off a bit rough with an entitled person ahead of me, but Katie turned things around. She saw that I was uncomfortable and stepped in to provide top-notch service for me and my partner. Our waiter was excellent, the food was delicious, and my drink was perfect. The Bungalow is a fantastic restaurant where patrons are treated with exceptional customer service and not just seen as a dollar sign. I give Bungalow a rating of 1000+ out of 10."

"I had a great time at this place on a Friday afternoon! Definitely a hidden gem. Tacoway Beach tacos are right next door/attached! The chorizo tacos were great! They have two drafts: Hanalei Island IPA $7-awesome) and Mahou $6-Madrid crisp beer, like Stella). Friendly surfer dude bartenders. Did the right thing when some chick asked for a lid to her margarita for her Vespa ride. Ha!! Great place."

"Always come here to eat. Food is good and service isn't bad. Tonight has to be the worst experience I have had any restaurant. They said they are understaffed and can only seat outside. Bit chilly for my baby, but ok. Ordered 4 meals, 1 appetizer, 2 glasses of wine, 1 beer and a pineapple juice. Got water, wings, food came. Order was wrong. Took it back to bring the correct 1 order. We all just finished eating water is done and none of our drinks ever came. Don't visit here and waste money until they can provide service you are paying for"

"I went to this restaurant for lunch and was not disappointed at all. It exceeded our expectations and everyone in our group couldn't stop raving about how generous the portions were. The pizza is a must-try, with fresh ingredients and delicious sauce. If it's on the menu, don't miss out on the sashimi - beautifully cut and incredibly fresh and flavorful. And make sure to order the noodles as well, they were the best I've ever had. Additionally, the staff here is attentive and ensures that diners have an enjoyable experience. This place may not have a fancy ambiance, but if you appreciate good food, it's perfect. And if you don't already, you'll leave here as a fan."
