"I recently ordered pizza from Vito's and one of the pizzas was basically just dough with melted cheese and pepperoni. I called to complain and the person I spoke with was very apologetic. He said he would send a new pizza. When they finally arrived with my replacement pizza, it was half an hour later than promised, so I ended up falling asleep. The next day, I called again and spoke with a very nice man who explained what had happened and then went above and beyond by making my medium pizza into a large one and throwing in a free 2-liter drink. This was my first time complaining about Vito's, but I have to say their customer service is top-notch."

The pizza I had at this restaurant was fresh and hot, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I appreciate the free birthday specialty pizza from Vito's. Thank you!

This place is trashy. This is how my sub was delivered. When I complained to the owner, he told me not to come back to his shop. Of course, I won’t go back to this trash on the east side again! View menu

I was kept updated on the status of my order from the moment I placed it until it was delivered. The Bacon Chicken Ranch had generous portions of chicken, bacon, and cheese. The Meat Lovers pizza was a meat lover's delight! Overall, we were pleased with our Vito Pizzas and the delivery service.

I made an order through the Vito website because I didn't want to go. When my order came out from someone, he had the order of another. Not one thing I ordered. So I called and I was stopped and no one took up again, so I went there and my order was still only there. The manager DID pays my money and remake my food.

I used to love this main street location. But they don't have enough help the quality of the pizza is SAD. I feel sorry for the workers me st of the time they are over worked. THE SAFETY of the workers make them vulnerable for robbery.,, Working so few people at late night. Don't even let me get on THE LIES THEY TELL U. Sorry my favorite is now Toledo WORST View menu

Staff was full of smiles and a generally good demeanor. Normally the food tasted great, though a little pricey, but the past few times have been horrible. I talked to a manager and was told they recently changed the yeast in the crust because it wasn't rising. Whatever they have done to the crust, the pizza is heavier and tastes more like a pre-baked, store-bought pizza crust.

Where do I Start? When I placed my order the guy was really rude and asked me to hold and never answered back. I hung up called again and he was even more rude. Then when I get there it's dark and nasty inside and when I got my food they gave me the wrong pizza and missing cheesy Vito bread. I would highly recommend getting the pizza from the dumpster. At least you know you're getting trash and don't have to pay for it. This is the worst location of all vitos. DO NOT EAT HERE!

"Date night Saturday night. Our reservation was for 7pm, but we were falling asleep, so luckily they were able to accommodate at 6:15. : Only a few tables were occupied. Tall ceilings, nice ambiance, would have maybe liked some additional lighting such as candle light (or faux candle light . The weather outside was lovely and they opened the doors which gave way to French doors with iron railing. they were pretty! Our server mentions that the menu changes pretty frequently so we may not see on the menu what we read online. Fine by me, as you know from my reviews, I 'm always up for a food adventure. I had a gin based cocktail which tasted balanced. Spring Mushroom Mousseline, Pistachio and Drunken Fruit with Date Pecan bread. Mousseline served in a glass votive like ramekin (much like you 'd see foie , was tasty, creamy, albeit a little gritty from the pistachios. The bread came like a small loaf, almost precut (could have been sliced all the way through , with macerated cherry/cranberry compote. For a vegetarian option like foie, we were pleased and ate the entire portion. Scotch Olives with Saffron Aioli. These olives were HOT. No joke. A bit of, could you please blow on this before I burn my tongue? But, they were briny on the inside, with a perfectly coated fried crunch outside, and so yum once the heat dissipated. Nice touch on the aioli. Only 4 of them unfortunately... that 's 2.25 each! Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops with Seedy Broccolini Salad with Cherries. Wood grilled carrots and pomegranate molasses. $39. Nice presentation. Crunchy but soft carrots, broccolini cooked perfectly. Seemed a bit on the small side as far as meat goes. Two double lollipops. Cooked perfect, and beautiful gamey taste, just not too much bang for the buck. Grilled Sturgeon, warm rice salad, fiddlehead ferns, snap peas. Not a fan of the glaze ontop, the fish portion was fine, but lackluster. I 'm a huge sucker for fiddlehead ferns, and I also know that they can be overcooked within seconds, which these were just slightly overcooked, lacked the snap in your teeth you get from a bright green cooked correctly one. Oh well. With everything in one bite, it was good, just not amazing. We shared the Mexican hot chocolate warm brownie/cake in a cup. The foam was nice, but the inside really reminded me of a fudgy cake you can buy in the grocery store, add water, and nuke in the microwave. Next time, happy to go back just for drinks and apps. Skip the more expensive main courses on their menu."
