The drinks are small and overpriced, lacking any flavor and not very appealing. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place; it's not worth the convenience!

The food selection is somewhat limited, but the quality is quite good. The bartender is always friendly, but I wish they would hire more staff. It often feels like there's just one person handling ten customers at the bar.

This place used to be great, but now it has a lot of drug users and dealers hanging around. It feels pretty sketchy, and I suspect that the staff and management might be involved as well. Overall, the restaurant has declined quickly. View menu

Over priced drinks and depressing atmosphere even for those who live here and find it convenient. The food used to be great and happy hour was from 4-7. They have cut happy hour to end at 6pm and only offer $2 off drinks. Just tried the food under new management and it’s was DISGUSTING. $11 for a flatbread that was burnt, covered in butter, had basically rubber chicken and no pesto even though it was on the menu. Not to mention the kitchen next to the bathroom smelled like a 7/11 or Dunking donuts where everything is microwaved. It was clear the chicken was from a pre-cooked back and topped on the flatbread then microwaved with mozzarella cheese. No seasoning at all. The service here is grea...

I moved in here in November last year and was blown away by the staff, service, food and prices of Vivant. Happy Hour was great! Honestly, it was one of the major reasons I chose The Village at Mission Valley. New management has taken over and the place has gone straight down the toilet. While the service is still good, they have lost a ton of great waitresses and bartenders due to the extreme dysfunction of the owners. Apparently they own some place called The Iron Pig downtown. Based upon the experience here, I will pass on checking that place out.
