"We really had high hopes based on the posts online about the weekend specials for breakfast. We reserved a table and when we got there we only had to wait a few minutes. Our server struggled a lot, I had decaf coffee and when it was time for my second cup she forgot. I got the Michael's skillet and the Mrs got the veggie omlett. The omlett was huge but the eggs were rubbery, my skillet was ok. We also ordered the pumpkin pancakes, thank goodness there was ice cream on it to take away some of the dryness. We ordered wheat toast and got rye and by the time we saw our server again to tell her we were half done so didn't even bother."

"Great little date night spot esp with the brewery near. The pizza is more gourmet I'd say than most pizza places. We prefer the thin dom or the Rickey. We also enjoy the salad but don't suggest ordering the salad if you are already ordering the garlic pizza bc it'll be too much garlic. I've also gone here for ladies night out and we dabbled with their specialty drinks which were a nice touch. Service: Dine in"

"The service was incredibly quick, even though the restaurant was busy. The prices were astonishingly low, and the food was excellent. The restaurant was also very clean. I will definitely make a special effort to return."

"This evening, my family I went to Star’s Grille in Apollo for dinner. This is the third time I have been there their food is always wonderful.Unfortunately, we had an absolutely awful experience, and I am just going to share.‍So we arrived, sat on the patio, and ordered some food. We sat and waited for our food, for about 30-45 minutes before I went inside and asked nicely- “Hey, do you know how long our food will be?” and shortly after our food arrived. All was well, they said they were very busy, which we all absolutely understand!! We made sure our food was warm everything was okay!Until the female owner proceeded to come to our table and ask what the issue was, and when my dad told her, she replyed with a snide comment about how busy they are. Which the waitress had already clarified, after a little bit of banter back forth, mainly my dad asking for her to stop being disrespectful. He also was worked up at the time. (As one would be. She said “Well once you finish our food, we never want to see you back here.” Which is fine!! (We already decided that we were not returning. THEN the owner was incredibly disrespectful and walked towards the entrance said “I hate people” loud enough for us to hear!! Then I asked for boxes so we could take our food home. We had literally taken maybe one or two bites of our food. Without turning her back, she was in the door way, and screamed “NO” at me.My dad told her that we would pay our bill if we could have boxes to take our food home, but if not we were leaving. (Which i was not okay with, having worked in the food service industry for several years, I know how it is Needless to say, the cops were called- but when they showed up, my dad had already paid our bill.‍ We had boxes, but we did not want to take any food home by that time. So it was left on the table.Anyways, it’s unfortunate that an owner of an establishment would act like that. It was incredibly disrespectful. Sad."

"Normally I would give a 5 star rating, but on our nost recent visit we had a terrible experience. We were a party of 13 and called ahead. Our table was ready and half of our group was served quickly with no mistakes or complaints. However, the other half did not receive their orders until the first group was nearly finished eating. Of those orders 3 were incorrect and the 2 who ordered the chicken fried steak found it to be totally inedible. It arrived cold and,even when sent back, had curdled gravy and bad tasting steak. Neither person ate more than a bite or two. In spite of complaints, no discount was given. We were charged for both uneaten meals. Ths last person served had only ordered an egg sandwich, and it came so late she wanted to take it home so others did not have to wait. This was a preholiday family get together, and we were so disappointed. This experience wss very unlike previous ones where we were served excellent food in an efficient manner. I have raised my rating because of the owners quick response and making right of the situation. We hope to continue dining at Ciceros when in Leechburg."
